You can freeze the arancini if you used fresh ingredients, not defrosted... then you can fry them frozen!

+grh Bread goes stale well before it goes rotten. Stale bread is hard making it perfect for cooking with in many dishes - but is not so nice to eat uncooked as fresh bread!

I'm sorry but this recipe is not good! In Sicily we don't do it in this way! The risotto has to be sticky and the one that he made is not sticky at all plus many other mistakes..

+Jen W I'm sorry but your wrong because Arancini are a Sicilian dish and doesn't matter if Sicily is an Italian region because when we invented the Arancini we weren't part of Italy.. it's a long story but if you call them classic Arancini you need to show the classic recipe and not the revisited!

i know, but you guys were talking about how it's not italian, but sicilian, and exactly, every part of italy have their own recipes and their own interpretation of it, so unless you have tries and tasted this recipe, you can't say its not good, just because it's not the way you make it

it's not Sicilian style they make different types depending on which region of Italy you come from and every region has their own name for them. No mistakes... just his interpretation of the recipe....old Italian mammas don't use recipes....they go by feel and taste
