Some tin chopped tomatoes would make the dish that much more better as it would keep the pasta moist and the garlic would help flavour the tomatoes along with the sausage xx

+Vancityplayboy Hi! Yes, you can substitute the vegetable with any of your favourite veggie. I will actually try it next time with onion and peppers. Saute them up first a bit and then add it to the sausage after the pasta cooks!
