awesome videos. hope you dont mind me asking what is your opinion on carbs
with weight loss. heared about alot cutting them out and increasing fat in
take up to 30 40% and i am doing that atm but struggling with high
intensity sessions. would you recommen adding carbs pre workout or
something. thanks luke
+luke williams The most important aspect is for fat loss is a calorie deficit. If you are in a calorie deficit then I would be eating enough carbs to fuel your work out. No reason to affect your performance.

I'm a thin person, I drink quite a few diet sodas. Probably between 0.5-1.5
a day.
I'm not saying aspartame or saccharine or sucralose are good for you, I
just think that's a really poor example. There a a lot of thin chronic diet
soda drinkers.
+shadfurman incidentally, I just ate a pastry cause my daughter's dance class had a fund raiser... what kind of DANCE class promotes themselves with crappy food!?! Of course I had to have one... to support the dance class... I HAD to.
I do want to find a good bread replacement. It doesn't need to taste like bread it just needs to function similarly. It needs to keep all day in a plastic bag and it needs to be absorbent.
You can look them up, it's not hard. Pubmed.gov There are some popular ones from the 80s, I think they guys name is Beck or Brock or something. MOST herbs are antimicrobial. I personally think garlic is one of the safer herbs compared to fresh thyme or oregano. I eat pretty bland until I start getting sick, then I bump up the spices to my upper tolerance. I don't know if it helps, it's really just a left over habit from an ex-girlfriend.

+Swyftly They don't post the full video anywhere, but I'm absolutely certain that the entire thing is filmed each time, so they can go through it and pick out bits to edit down for Youtube clips. So they have it, but that doesn't mean they'll post it, the bastards! ;)
No they don't, they have an agreement with AudioBoom, so that is the only place the full podcast goes. The video is just for advertisement/ teaser purposes!
+Russell Brand - I'm amazed you don't get behind and support the Green
Party... they are the only group offering any resemblance of change in the
UK. The address many of the issues you talk of, such as drug-law reform
A brief summary of the Green Party’s 2015 Manifesto:
End austerity
Introduce a Robin Hood Wealth tax
Minimum wage increase to £10 an hour
End privatisation of the NHS
Make mental health a higher priority
Ban fracking
Scrap tuition fees
Move free schools into the local authority system
Abolish the bedroom tax
Provide 500,000 social rented homes by 2020 & bring empty homes back into
use
Cap private rents & introduce longer tenancies
Return railways to public hands & introduce an immediate cut in fares by 10%
Promote walking & cycling to help reduce pollution & improve people's
health
That is by far the best manifesto I've seen out of any of the parties!!

+Just some random dude 911 was a CGI hoax. Watch September Clues, as that's the best video explaining it, though not fully accurate. In total, 9 buildings were demolished on the complex. It was all just Freemason controlled demolition.
+Just some random dude Lol, so you're admitting that you're not an individual and you just follow what the dumb majority think? You are clown with no means of thinking for yourself. What a fucking idiot. I Don't care whether a bunch of shills and nobodies agree. The truth is the truth, even if you're in a minority of 1.
+Simon Walmsley You're not funny, you're not original and you're not smart. You spread fear and lies like a troll. By the way, I thought you had ended the conversation? You should have quit while you were behind.
"there are no terrorists or war" and the award for tin-foil hat wearer of the year, goes to..... +Stop Media Fakery Congratulations!! You win THE MOST STUPID COMMENT ON THE INTERNET
+Simon Walmsley Another epic FAIL from you. Not a conspiracy, just a hoax. You seem to want people to believe that people died on 9/11, but they didn't. You are the hater who is full of misery because you want people to think the worst. I try to get the message out that the world is good and I'm happy no one died on 9/11. There are no terrorists or war. I don't think you realise just how daft your comments are.
+Stop Media Fakery I'm sure think everything is a conspiracy, the world is out to get you & the sadness in your life is the fault of the freemasons / illuminati / NWO.... well, I have news for you; peace can only be found from within. Your struggle for 'truth' will burn you out and leave you feeling unfulfilled & empty. I would give up with your negativity else it might give you cancer. Have a nice day - conversation over
+Simon Walmsley You need to go back to school, you obviously aren't very bright. You just made a major fool out of yourself. Look at the nose out shot from fox, the nose comes out the other side, intact. You are very stupid if you think that is possible. But, of course you're just another lying shill. You deserve nothing good in your life.
+The Russell Brand Podcast Probably Russ, but we lose nothing voting for them on the basis that we like what they're doing now. We're not partisan, we can change our mind. It might encourage others.
+Simon Walmsley It is a fact from a scientific view. You think it's real because they showed a cartoon on TV. If you think that an aluminium plane can travel through a steel tower, then I can't ever help you wake up.
+Simon Walmsley You are a fool, a very naive fool. You just don't get it. People at the low level don't understand what they are part of. The Green Party is part of the system. Those at the low level may want 'change' but they are deluded. The Green's are just controlled opposition, no one died on 9/11, that is a fact, yet not a word from the Green's. It's the same with every hoax, they go along with the lie. There is no democracy because there is one world government, and a load of Freemasons fooling the dumb majority into thinking there is real debate. Don't fucking dare tell me I am complicit when I try to inform fools like you about reality. Dumb fools who believe the fake system are complicit.
+Stop Media Fakery attend a local Green party meeting, meet other people who are interested in change - and then tell me that. Until you do something positive to bring about change, then you are a complicit and part of the problem
+Simon Walmsley The closer you get to power, the more you have to compromise your ideals in favour of big business. As with New Labour; the closer Greens got to power the more compromise to big business until the New Green rebrand.
+Steve Heighway Have to agree with you on HS2, it uses standard tech something thats far from future proof, adds more polution to the UK and costs an absurd amount. The ITER project will average around £50b by the end of its cycle but HS2 would cost around £80b, ITER can offer us future proof power in the UK to support us further, the HS2 can take 1hr off the time between manchester to london... which if it used japanese rail tech it could do it in 20 mins.
and the bloody rich should pay more tax they have got away with it while the poor have paid for the mistakes of the bankers , they can pay for a change let the bloody rich pay their share for a change , if they leave the country good ! f**k em sick and tired of them not paying what they should ...
HS2 is not vital !! for a start it's a rich mans toy we need investment overall in the railways not that costly unwanted thing more money spending on rolling stock on crappy over crowded lines throughout the UK ..
+OliDaChilla Where is the funding coming from? By scrapping vanity projects such as HS2, implementing a banking transaction tax (see //www.robinhoodtax.org.uk/about-the-tax), Scrapping Trident & implementing a wealth tax are all very good starts to finding the funds. (The Robin Hood tax alone would be worth billions)
+Simon Walmsley Those all sound very utopic and dandy..the question though is if there is enough money to do all that, and where is it comming from. I doubt that taxing the rich more will provide the needed resources.
You forgot the 60p income tax, i feel the socialist and trade unionist coalition deserve some more support, they want most of these things and more good stuff
+Steve Heighway they will grow year on year if people voted for what they believed in :) If they did grow - people would see them as a genuine proposition (that they may get into power) - and that would encourage more to vote Green. Like a snowball effect. But that only starts when people stop voting tactically & help built up the party. With the right-wing media giving Farage all the airtime he wants, the Green Party need our help! //www.reasonstovotegreen.org.uk/
+Simon Walmsley good point and well made, I might vote Green this time , it's the national picture that bothers me , they wont get in you see, but what they have to say is grate it's down to Labour to change this though as they might get in , it sucks but it's true , I hope the Greens grow and grow if you pardon the pun ...
