btw.. my boyfriend always claimed to hate salad, but last week i made one

anymore by then... and i always thought salad was the one thing safe in
this household...
I enjoyed this video because I love salad, and it's need to see how others
prepare them.
Please make a ramen video!! Even if it's just sprucing up a prepackaged
one:)
One of the big reasons I don't like to eat salad is the big chunks of
lettuce/spinach and veggies; I just cant stand shoving a huge bite of salad
into my mouth, it's unpleasant no matter what it tastes like. I find that
cutting up the ingredients in even smaller than bite size pieces, including
the lettuce, really helps make it easier and much more pleasant to eat. I
use less dressing this way as well. The salt an pepper are a great idea, I
hadn't thought of that! I love to add boiled eggs to my salad too :)
+Shannon Jones not for everyone. if i'm dipping my food, i surely make it covered all good. no second thinking. but if you toss the salad first, you limited the dressing, and supposedly not adding more after that. but that's just me.
What's the difference between you discarding the salad dressing packaged
with the salad and you adding a store bought dressing ? Shouldn't you have
shown your own salad dressing ?
He said it was a dressing he preferred over the one it came with :)

It's tough to listen to the pseudoscience from a woman dressed in evening
wear cooking a salad with canned chickpeas harping on about the importance
of organic food...just saying. Seems to be combining two fallacies to
create an entirely new one...lemon juice stops cells oxidizing??
You can't escape BPA (and God knows what other chemicals) by purchasing
organic, canned chickpeas. If they're canned, avoid 'em. You can buy them
raw and pressure cook them; they'll be much more nutritious. Dried beans
are fairly cheap at all grocery stores, especially Indian ones.
Makes me sad/mad to see negative comments. She is making a good effort to
make a video and show us recipes. The haters for sure don't dare to share
anything but comments no body wants to read..... get a life!!!

+simone vella Hi Simone :) thanks for your request. I haven't forgotten about this video. Its not that I dont want to film it its just I guess I haven't felt in the right mood to film it. I also dont think my diet is perfect by any means. I eat as much clean whole foods as I can but I also sometimes indulge once and a while. I was strict gluten and dairy free for a few months but I do still eat it now here and there. I will still try and film with but I cant say exactly when. I know you've been eager to hear my diet story but hopefully my recipe videos will help guide you in the meantime to learn how I eat on a regular basis :)

Please, I beg you, stop these mashups. It feels like Everyday Foods has
forgotten who their subscriber base is. We are in the most generic terms a
group of cooking - interested folks that vary in appetite and experience,
but the unifier is that we are all interested in the narrative. I would
rather have only one or two videos a week and none of these mashups. They
bum me out when I'm waiting for the new upload and it's this.
+pam hc They, along with other food channels, websites, etc, are doing their videos like the Tasty videos. I like the Tasty videos, at least they give you the recipe. This video was just a tease. Where are the recipes? Are we supposed to guess what the ingredients are? I'm very disappointed.
I agree! Even though a lot of us have told them point blank not to do these quick, non narrative episodes, they continue. As they get paid a lot for the preceding adds, I put it down to greed. As if Martha Stewart needs the money! Sorry, but I can go to better sites with narratives. Fail!
