+Ranje Dzn Thanks for revealing your character. You seem like a real cunt, and a stupid one at that. Go take your beginner gains else where. No one wants to look at skeletor.
Oh how horrible It was only like ABOUT 100 FUCKING YEARS AGO, you didn't experience it, your parents didn't experience it so grow some balls and gtfo. You never met those relatives so I have no idea why your crying about and tryna get some empathy points. Don't even act like the concentration camps at all affected you. You are the skinniest down syndrome sufferer I have ever seen.
+Ranje Dzn Are you serious? You're taking the piss. I had relatives that died in concentration camps, and my grandparents still get really emotional when they talk about them. Have some respect.
you shouldn't live in the gym. I did 2 full body workouts this week and next

*The caveman diet is also known as the Paleolithic diet or the Stone Age
diet. The caveman diet emphasizes the eating meats and fish, with a
complement of other natural, unprocessed foods on the side.*
+lauraacanfly yeah sorry I've got raw on the mind I meant it's not vegan, it has milk in it. Also some of the stuff you said is vegan you need to check the companies that own them like pot noodle, they are unfortunately not vegan.Anyway I like the idea of the video maybe you could do some fun tasty recipes that are not salads lol cause I feel fat just watching this video.
+Diana Labode ...These are vegan foods, not raw. Admittedly, there are a few mistakes in this video, which is why it's down to YOU as a consumer to check the ingredients. We'd filmed for 8 hours straight so yes, of course there are slip ups but the aim of this video was to educate and let it be known to the average misinformed person that being vegan does not have no entail living on salads and fruit. :)
+Pentru Barbati I know right, I told my mum I'm vegan and she comes back from the store with lays and I tell her I'm not eating that and she says "Why not if it's vegan?" I always have to remind he that just because something is vegan doesn't mean it's healthy.Ughhhh, it gets on my nerves but I love her.
I was vegetarian for years, even during military training (I had special,
vegetarian MREs) and recently gave it up because my hair, skin and nails
(and waistline!) were suffering so badly. I felt starved being vegetarian
and felt compelled to eat all the time to stave off the hunger. Now having
incorporated meat products into my diet, I feel more satiated and don't
have to eat as much. My hair, skin and nails have improved dramatically,
too!
Oh wow! The same exact thing happened to me but the complete opposite. I haven't been vegetarian for years, but a few months and my hair and nails have improved! My skin is also more glowing. I eat fruits and veggies, along with some meat substitutes and eggs...I'll give up eggs later
+Kelly Marie Ahh. You should also eat stuff that contains soy (and as a vegetarian milk, eggs) Because it seems you lacked a ton of vitamins :( Meat only has them because they inject it in the meat. Yes its denser than veggies, but you can find many soy-based things and plant-based things that can make you feel super full! Hope you'll realize.
+V ツ Noomie Tons of vegetables, fruit, salads, cereals, protein shakes.. I think where I went wrong is I ate a lot of pasta, too. And because I was not getting enough nourishment with a vegetarian diet, I was hungry ALL the time. I gained 20 pounds!!
+ShinyGrassPokemonTrainer1995X Huh? I ate a vegetarian diet for four years in my early 20s and again for three years in my early 30s. Bootcamp was just a few months.
+Autumn Absinthe Thank you! I'm glad you get it. I know some people get angry. Like it's their choice to eat meat - but what about the choice of the animals etc but you can't shame someone in to a positive change. Humans are animals too. Kindness trumps. I hope you have a fantastic new year! I'm hoping to kick mine of by giving veganuary a go :D
+Lizzums on YouTube Oh god I know how you feel, I hate people that do that, it's like they feel better about themselves if they shame another person for what they eat...its' ridiculous, have a great a safe New Year!
+Autumn Absinthe Oh I wasn't saying it's not a possibility. like I said, her diet could very well have sucked, but some nutrients are easier absorbed from meat than plant based products which is a fact. Some people do have issues absorbing nutrients through the bowel. I know you can have a veggie or vegan diet and get on just fine. There are so many foods out there and you just need to be a bit educated on it but I was saying for this individual, if she does have issues with absorption, meat may genuinely be better for her. I know poor diet seems more likely but I try to consider most things. I myself had poor absorption of b12 through the bowel and had to have injected in to me instead though b12 is one of the harder things for a vegan too. Of course, not impossible. Lots of vegan stuff is fortified with b12. Thanks for the well thought out reply though! I love to hear from others as I am always trying to expand my knowledge and talk to people who aren't just shouty shaming vegans. :)
+Lizzums on YouTube I have to agree with Lauraacanfly....I know plenty of vegans and vegetarians that are healthy because they watch what they eat and pay attention to their calorie and protein intake. You do eat more as a vegetarian or vegan because you are not stuffing your face with animal products that take ages to digest, it is called a metabolism. The fact is if you just eat whatever then your diet is going to suck, more so if you are a vegan or vegetarian because we have to be so careful that we get the right amount of protein. You can't just eat a few recipes that you like either, or get all of your protein from say one source. The key to vegan and vegetarian diets is VARIETY. So if someone is saying they are suffering from lack of nutrition on a veg diet, I say it is because they are eating shit foods. There are unhealthy vegan and vegetarian foods as well as was pointed out in this video with the oreos and all the junk food lol. Also MRE's are all about calories not necessarily a healthy stand point when what a vegan and vegetarian need is more protein than anything else. Those MRE's are LOADED with way more carbs than you need, so yeah I would have no doubt she would feel like shit and hungry after eating them, too many carbs not enough protein. I am anemic and I mange fine without meat or supplements, and went vegetarian for health reasons, and I can say, don't miss the meat one bit nor do I crave it because my body is being nourished with a variety of foods. But I eat some pretty weird out there shit so I am not picky lol
+lauraacanfly Or maybe she has issues absorbing vitamins through the bowel. Iron for example is more easily absorbed from meat than plant based sources so it may genuinely be better all round for her health. Or she just wasn't eating the right things and being nourished properly, as you said. Let's not make judgy remarks when we don't know the details. :)
+Kelly Marie Well it's clearly the case that your vegetarian diet was a terrible one :')
