Ovo je fenomenalno!! Pratila sam video i poslusala Vase savete i kore sam razvila neverovatno lako i relativno brzo. Malo sam se u pocetku mucila sa krajevima, na par mesta sam malo secnula, ali kod druge jufke je vec bilo lakse. Burek je sjajno ispao. Jos jednom hvala na savetima, sve pohvale za recept. Rado cu isprobati i druge Vase recepte.

Svaka cast! Imam jedno pitanje, tj.dva, posto se hrabrim da prvi put razvlacim kore. Da li posle razvlacenja koru opet poprskate uljem i da li je stolnjak na kome se razvlace kore posut sa malo brasna? U bledom secanju mi je ostalo da je moja nana tako radila, ali nisam sigurna, bila sam isuvise mala. Stvarno imate zlatne ruke!

Ho provato a fare queste krapfen, ma 700g di farina sono risultati decisamente troppi. L'impasto era duro. .quindi, cominciate con 500 g ed aggiungetene in base a quanto richiesto dai liquidi perché ogni farina assorbe i liquidi in modo diverso. In compenso posso dire che mi sono venute delle splendide brioche al forno con lo stesso impasto, 4 cucchiai di zucchero invece di uno e, l'aggiunta di vanillina e buccia di limone grattugiato che consiglio sempre. Per la lavorazione segui le immagini. se vuoi fare krapfen il mio consiglio è di fare metà acqua e metà latte. Ciao!

+Jelena Nedeljkovic Ta kolicina je za nalivanje vise tegli, ali kada se pravi tecnost za nalivanje 1 tegle nezgodno je izmeriti 3 ili 2, 5 grama konzervansa ili vinobrana , tako da su mere date tako da budu zgodne. Za jednu teglu od 3 litra potrebno je otprilike oko litar i po tecnosti( zavisi opet kako ste napakovali paprike). Ako imate jos neko pitanje slobodno pitajte, pozdrav :)

Pa kad realno pogledate u neki kuvar, u torte idu relativno slične stvari kada su torte iz iste branše, mogu ići potpuno isti sastojci u različitim količinama i da dobijete 15 različitih naziva torti. A može nedostajati samo jedan sastojak, i da to opet bude 16-ta torta sa drugačijim nazivom. I na kraju, dve iste torte mogu imati različito ime, pogotovo ako je jedna nazvana ženskim imenom i slično. Hvala što nas pratite :)

Thank you for the recipe. I treasure authentic recipes. Every kiflice recipe I have has an egg in it, but this does not - so I am eager to try it. I also like your egg-wash combination with salt and oil. I think these kiflice will taste like the ones I have tried and loved at different Yugo events but have not been able to get the recipe. Na 200 stepeni, izmedju 20 i 30 minuta, zavisno od rerne. Posle 20 minuta proverite, Pečene su kad ovako fino porumene.
