so i just cooked this for my family, i doubled the listed ingredients. i
used tomato sauce because i did not have tomatoes. in the end everything
tasted bitter. just very bitter, why is that? did i over do on the
ingredients?
"Add water to the ginger/garlic so that the hot oil is not so hot" Why not
just start with a lower temperature to start with? Also add garlic later as
its more likely to burn and turn bitter, ginger is more hardier.

Also if the oil was really hot, adding something with water in it could end
badly. But thanks for the video, it does look really fantastic and egg
curry is one of my favourites :D
