I know for sure this lady was trying to help us ,and also trying to understand the heavy thick accent, that's why she was asking questions. I also noticed the cook doesn't knew the quantity of the ingredients ,he was just guessing I may say that....Bravo to the lady for interviewing this cook...Tu

It is schezwan sauce , google it you can get it easily from the grocery store or get it Online.
