+wanie harun Try harder sister, until you feel it . You will get used to do it right insha`allah if you slow down your prayers , and try to say another surah you don`t say often. And you should have faith that if you just tried to take one step towards god , he would take 100 towards you. Good Luck

Assalaamualaikum, yeah, I know it can be really hard huh? As. Kid I used to avoid praying and pretend when rlly I was just hiding in my room, lol astaghfirullah! I think what helps for me and maybe for you too to try to concentrate is to think of the meanings of the verses when you recite, cos these are powerful ayahs huh, words of Allah! So basicly when you read an ayah, take a short pause beforw you move on to mentally kinda remember what that verse means. Oh and take your time, bcos whenever I just go nice and slow and try to concentrate at the end it feels gr8. If you get distracting/bad thoughts in your mind during prayer, before you pray say authubillahiminashaytaneerajeem and lightly spit to your left, repeat 3x. May Allah make it easier for ya ukhti ;)
