Losing water weight is a very good thing, it is inflammation and needs to be gone. Inflammation is caused from bad food choices so when a person starts eating better of course they lose the inflammation. Sure hope you can get yourself healthy, that pain sounds awful. Guess I did OK with my weight loss, my average was about .2 every 4 days. Crash diets are very scary for sure. I love free dieting web site. I am there a lot.

@macomarell Thank you. The pains are slowly going down. And I am feeling a bit better. I have had those big losses before and loved them but didnt realize what was going on with me on the inside. I do need to take it a bit slower.
