i spontaneously fasted on water for 2 days and my adrenals were screaming at me. I had gotten a point where I had the adrenal fatigue under control, through learning to not stress and push myself too hard, but the fast set me back. I was mostly laying in bed during the fast but I was still stressing out mentally, food fantasizing. it was the first fast I ever tried. a 24 hour fast I can do though. i am learning that it is more mental/spiritual than psychical... it's what you know and apply..

Gzus. I'm fit, vegetarian, don't overeat etc... and working at possibly one day becoming a breatharian, however, I LOVE good food. No matter the kind, I LOVE tasty food. Watching your videos I'm really impressed with your amount of knowledge, but, I wonder, do you like good food? Beyond your belief that poor food is a drug, and healthy food is nothing more then energetic sustinence, do you like food?

you know what im getting at when i say real sports lol... the act of working out raises the energy level, as a whole or immediately... (which is not an act of ingesting anything - besides air)... Tennis would be a real sport, Wrestling would be a real sport, 1 on 1 basketball etc... running, swimming, etc... that exercising LOL you can use real sports TO exercise... but they arent an exercise.

I just became vegan. Your videos have inspired me. I'm working on the no starch part. I think that will be much harder than eliminating the animal products. I ordered some quinoa, black rice, and spelt products from amazon. I think that will help me convert. thanks for all the helpful videos.

+Douglas Gambill I actually do Like a Healthy Cheat day on rest days now. But my cheat foods are healthy! Like Ill have Alott of Fruit throughout the day etc. Simple sugars but youre getting added vitamins and minerals etc
