milk is not a problem.....until it is homogenized and pasteurized....then it becomes extremely toxic........shame on these professionals lying about cholestrol.....eat or drink as much cholestrol as you want....and your blood levels do not increase.....lowering your cholestrol below 200 increases you chances of cancer and heart disease by 200%.......if your cholestrol is elevated it's most probably due to using white table salt enstead of pink salt...and you may very well need a colon / liver cleanse.....do this and diabetes disappears....obesity disappears.....bp decreases....cancer disappears if used with hemp protein....with a universal side effect of being healthy......wow!!! suddenly i feel like coming out of retirement....

Hey thanks so much for sharing. I have recently went organic and 100% chemical free. I knew I needed to take action asap since a lot of my friends’ families have suffered from heart diseases and other conditions that could have been easily prevented. I’m glad my eyes are now open and have decided to be proactive about it. Connect with me on facebook.com/Michaelangelo.Flores and anyone else who wants to share their experiences and make the shift to hit this lifestyle off right!

Guys, burn fat doesn't have to be difficult (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Look for a diet plan known as Proladox Diet Plan (search on google). Seriously, that course has transformed my entire life. I probably should not even be mentioning it cause I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just in a good mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

Its still surprise me, just how lots of people are not aware about Proladox Diet Plan (search on google), although many people get great result because of it. Thanks to my work buddy who told me about Proladox Diet Plan, I have lost a ton of weight with it without starving myself.

I'm Sorry Dear, but you have not read "The Spectrum" or any other books by Dr Ornish! Nor have you been to Dr Ornishs' website! There is much misinformation here! If you want to learn about the Ornish program visit his website. I'm using "The Spectrum" and love it!!!

Anyone tried the Proladox Diet Plan (do a google search)? I've heard several incredible things about it and my buddy lost a lot of weight with it.

With my experience, it seems people get more interested and open when you talk about how easy it is/end of calorie restriction, as well as the benefits you see. Basically playing it down as not really a big issue, making it look incredibly simple.

Dr Gregor has a video on sweet potatoes. The conclusion was that if you bake them, a very large portion of the nutrients are lost, yet if you microwave or boil them almost no nutrients are lost. Check it out...

+ravishingrick13Wtf is an ars ? English, mfk, do you speak it ?
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
Re-read your own comment: " Vit a is reduced 40% and antioxidants 66% not everything.".  Watch his other video's on sweet potatoes, they are considered one of the healthiest foods you can eat due to their very high antioxidant content. It seems kind of counterintuitive to purchase a highly nutritional food only to destroy 66% of its strongest feature by the way you prepare them. So my opinion is that in a world of ok, good, better, best, why go for ok, when you can get best if you just boil your sweet potatoes. In my opinion, sweet potatoes taste almost as good boiled vs. baked, sure they are slightly less sweet. This is my last comment on this, as I have other things to do. You are free to disagree and do whatever you like with your sweet potatoes (e.g.: shove them up your arse).
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+ravishingrick13 Again you missed the point of what i said ( like you did with the video )."too much vit a" i never said too many antioxidants ( much lol )Why don't you rewatch the video, he said 66% antioxidants ( 2/3 of antioxidants, not nutrients ) and 50% vit a ( when compared to boiled ) loss.He mentioned just those 2, never said nutrients. Also it's people like you that scare people away from veganism, can't eat wheat, antinutrients, can't eat baked potatoes, acrylamide, can't eat fruit, too much fructose and other stuff that makes less than 1% of an impact. Most people will go eat steak when they hear purist bullshit like this.If you are eating a diet of mostly fruit/vegetable/whole grains you don't have to worry about nutrients, there are so many already, eat what you like, whatever way you like it ( the actual point of the video, like he said in the end, cook it whatever way makes you eat more )Maybe one day i'll afford sweet potatoes, who knows ( but i'm like most people on the planet, i can't. And you're bitching about how to cook them, ffs )
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+The juGGaKNot Empire Funny I think you totally missed the point, getting too much antioxidants please, do you even know what you are talking about? Sweet potatoes are considered one of the healthiest foods you can eat because of the huge amounts of ANTIOXIDANTS they contain. Here is a direct quote from the video, let people decide for themselves if they want get the full potential of sweet potatoes or only a third:  "Among the different types of heat processing, the conventional oven-baked skin tissue had significantly lower ANTIOXIDANT potential compared with boiled and microwaved skin tissue."Dr. Gregor goes on to say the 2/3 of the nutrients are lost when baking sweet potatoes.  See minute 2 of the following video: watch?v=5bzmvn0h_RIBesides baking potatoes creates way more acrylamide than boiling them, even if you lightly bake them, all though lightly baking them is better than heavily baking them. I am not saying this to be a smart Alec, just sharing some info with others that I know that are also passionate about health and healthy eating like I am.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
You totally missed the point of the video. Vit a is reduced 40% and antioxidants 66% not everything. Last time i checked you already get too much vit a and antioxidants you get from vegetables and fruit.Whatever gets you to eat more is the way to go.
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-T8bY1hLis9I/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAG4/NA1biyahJKE/photo.jpg?sz=64
I have a group of friends that are all going "more" plant-based. I don't push it, but I inform them why I do it. I am more excited and happy then ever before, and I think they want that feeling too...plus what I eat is really really simple, and BIG;)
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-ilXQpfUiryE/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAHY/e19WLWMIJDE/photo.jpg?sz=64
It may be easy to eat, I've done it a little bit and it really is easy. However, It's not very cheap, at least where i live

+CarbLoaders Its been over a month already, but i'm realistic and not looking for quick fixes. The thing with this is I'm really enjoying it. Like you say its about reducing oils etc. My only weakness is coffee with sugar...But in time that'll go too...
https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-9uU-PRic6Pk/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAALo/T_m_kg-E-6w/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Travy Gumbo Pretty sure it's not the carbs. There could be many reasons; calorie restricting in prior diets, use of vegetable oils/high fat vegetables and etc. Got to stick with it for a a couple of months.
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-jLnR3AJjuCw/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAUs/_3iESWJAURU/photo.jpg?sz=64
I am lucky because I live in the tropics and grow a lot of my own fruit for my family and myself. Also a huge bushel of bananas runs me around 7 bucks down here (Dominican Republic.) I am loving the money I am saving, my mindset, the amazing health, the energy off the charts, the compliments from my friends for my physical change and of course for the animals and the world. My footprint is minimal which of course is good karma too. ;) Haha that makes me sound like a hippy too. Seriously though it absolutely is the silver bullet and yes, it really is that simple.
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-RWJrCBOvmSw/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAADc/eOdFiI-TGR0/photo.jpg?sz=64
+CarbLoaders Very true and i love them....but put on a bit of weight which is really annoying me....
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-AwySHa0-7bI/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAHk/FAV3qnPreQQ/photo.jpg?sz=64
+CarbLoaders It's all about balancing cheap starches with more expensive fresh fruit and vegetables in a way that's affordable for you.
https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-9uU-PRic6Pk/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAALo/T_m_kg-E-6w/photo.jpg?sz=64
Rice, potatoes and pasta are one of the cheapest foods on this planet. I live in NYC and I can buy 3000 calories worth of rice for $1. Starches are much less expensive and more satisfying than fruit, which tends to be more costly. Dr McDougall's Starch Solution is the way to go!
