Hello there! Have you heard anything about the Hamilton Diabetes Reversal Protocol? (just google it) I have heard some decent things about the results in lowering Blood sugars and my m8 got great resultsafter trying it.

I agree Angela! I used to like meat too but I felt so sick and heavy afterwards. Another thing I didn't like was knowing how much longer meat stays in the digestive tract than a plant based alternative. I hope you feel better very soon!❤️❤️

thanks for your well wishes Kat, I'm already feeling back to normal today. A few nights ago I made a vegan pizza and put a whole avocado on it. The next day nearly all my symptoms dissappeared! must be something powerful in avocado
