I don't think you should claim this as 'all India'. I am glad you had great
experiences, but in the south, we don't experience so much of these kinds
of stories. Its easy to eat, enjoy and its clean also. We can also get a
lot of options for vegans. I know in the north its so different. Of course
though, I know you haven't traveled all parts so its understandable. Loving
your videos and your very pretty! Glad you enjoyed India.

+Videoorchard that's true! I would always ask specifically for the food to be prepared without oil. Usually I got no oil or minimal oil, and if there was too much I would focus on the rice

+A S What we would want after a workout is some quick burst of energy post workout and as we all know brown rice doesnt do that as its not a fast digesting carbs. i am not talking about the anabolic window (bro science), but anybody would like to get some energy post workout.. thats why I prefer dextrose..
