There has been clinical trials on males that have shown that soy isoflavone
consumption does not effect endocrine measurements in males. I haven't come
across any males to have had this effect from soy. Soy actually has been
shown to inhibit oestrogen which is associated with prostate cancer and is
therefore beneficial in males that have too much oestrogen. I hope this
clears things up. If you are still concerned try almond milk.
Hey love, just a question about the previous video on cow milk alternative,
one alternative you mentioned is soy milk, now I have read newspaper and
heard people telling me that for guys, it's best not to consume soy milk or
even soy beans on a daily basis because it has been proven to affect men's
erection and feminize males, due to the hormones inside. is that true? If it
is what are we guys supposed to do? Thanks

Hello at the end of the video it discusses other alternatives to soy milk,
a great alternative is almond milk. There is a lot of controversy around
soy and my stance is that when eating whole, organic soy beans soy is
beneficial for health in a number of different ways.

Why I'm No Longer Raw Vegan (why I eat cooked food)
After eating almost exclusively raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds for over 5 years, I began experimenting with cooked foods in March 2013. For almost 5 ...
Wanted to like and comment positively on this vid.. but then I saw a stash
of bananas in this background, I'm starting to suspect that freelee the
banana girl is operating her vegan cult propaganda via others like you and
that you were paid in bananas.
My feeling just tells me there's more to this, I just don't trust it at all.
Have you ever seen bananas so neatly stacked? It just doesn't make any
sense!!
Hm, if you consider 2500kcal/day a lot you can not be an active person, am
I right?
That is the amount of energy you need for what I consider a medium length
(25-30km) run over a few hills. If you do keep your glycogen stores full
all the time and do not eat super low fat, it is quite easy to gain body
fat because you are easily getting into a positive fat calory balance and
store even small amounts of dietary fat immediately. In that scenario it is
indeed easy to both gain and to lose fat. Just unload and reload those
glycogen stores maybe 2-3 times per week (maybe 1000kcals worth of exercise
in the afternoon, no dinner, large breakfast next morning) and you are
likely to be in a negative fat calory balance despite eating all the carbs
you burnt. Assuming you eat low fat of course.
I find that sprouting and microgreens are excellent low cost ways of adding
more live food, often at the cost of beans and rice. Many of the items I
sprout are beans actually. I also grow sunflower microgreens in greenhouse
trays.
You should make a video on it. And then come back and let me know. lol

I wish I could remember where I read about it. I think it's called keratosis pilaris (aka chicken skin (more descriptive!)). I'd like to cut gluten out too. I haven't managed it either.
+Rose Viola Thank you Rose. Hmm could be.. i still have it lingering although it is much better. I haven't cut gluten out of my diet completely but I would like to..
Two kids? I thought you were like 17 or 18 or something. Damn those are
some good genes. Freelee the Banana girl also looks super young even though
she is 35. I had the same experience after switching to a HCLF vegan diet,
as far as athletic ability goes. My energy levels are very high and even my
stamina has increased. All this has helped my cycling tremendously.
+TheAtheistSocialist That's great I am glad you found this lifestyle, and cycling! It really is the fountain of youth!! I have 3 kids now ;-) thank you.
I love this. I recently became vegan and am obsessed with watching positive
YouTube videos about people's experiences. I also have 2 young kids and a
partner who eats meat but I'm hoping that could change over time. Also, I
have had keratosis pilaris (kp) my whole life and am hoping my dietary
changes will improve that. thanks for the inspiration.
great job! yes that is exactly my situation too.. 3 years later and I still wouldn't change a thing! It takes getting used to, but once it becomes normal it is quite easy to live this way. thanks for watching! :)

My Daily Protocol for Multiple Sclerosis
The regiment I do daily to reverse my Multiple Sclerosis. Diet is the key to reversing ms. I practice a plant base seafood diet. Plus I'm on a 90% raw diet.
Its 3-12-15 and I spoke to Malik on 3-6-15. I have to take a minute and
write about my interaction with this man and what I think before I forget
to. I wrote on his youtube post, that I thought his video was excellent and
asked if he could give me a call to talk about a few things, not really
expecting to get a call back. I got a call back that night. Now I’ve had MS
16 years and am I’m primary progressive mode. Im not in a wheelchair yet
but I’m close. I’ve watched at least 40 videos and read 7 books in the
last 10 years so I know when I’m hearing b.s. or not. I will honestly say
he knows what he’s talking about but not just on a basic level but on a in
depth level. I wasn’t expecting to get much out of our conversation but
he told me about 6 things that I honestly didn’t know before, the most
important of which was to stop taking so much coconut oil. I thought I was
doing something good but when I asked why he said the saturated fat will
put you in a wheelchair faster. When I looked sure enough it said 5 grams
of saturated fat in a teaspoon, not table spoon but teaspoon which is
against Dr. Swanks diet and study which was done years ago. Before his
advice I’m sure I was drinking 50 grams a day. Once he gave that simple
advice, I knew he knew what he was talking about. He gave me 5 more useful
tips tailored to me. I can honestly say this guy has the best advice and
website on multiple sclerosis I have seen on the internet. He said he has
a book coming out. Again I talked to Malik a week ago. When It comes out ,
if you have ms, I would say Buy it and If he has consulting sessions, I
would say use them. Honestly.
