I found that it is having heating issues, while gaming with high graphics for around 30 minutes and also while browsing for just 15 minutes??? i found this review in geekayranjit. Is it true?? Can I go for It??

yeah the maps will use nokia apis and have the offline mode, but the full maps are still on nokia devices,along with drive+, public transport apps,nokia music,nokia reader,city lens,all the other features like counters and camera lenses+the exclusive 3rd partyapps/games. + they update their apps more often than htc and samsung. so even if the htc has a better design,still..it's a lumia inspired design.read the reviews-raised glass corners,bleeding light on some devices,battery doesn't last long

the camera chip in the htc is useless.it doesn't take burst mode like the one x. as for slimmer and smaller you need to compare the specs i think.8x is only 0,5 mm thinner and same size. nokia-really good camera, dolby sound, rich recording, sensitive screen,highest refresh rate.enhanced sunlight readability,double the storage,wireless charging,and the front camera is better than the wide aperture one used in the 900 so it's on par with the 8x even if not advertised. 8x-lighter,design by nokia

Ive been using window phone 7 for the las year and a half andi have to to say i dont particualry enjoy it. I mean the live tiles and deep facebook and twitter intagration is awsome. however things like the slow browser and lack of quality apps (Just compare evernote to ios) just dosnt give me a reseon to go to it. but i thing the worst thing ive noticed is that the animation from app to app just get annoying (makes it feel slow) But i have to commend microsoft for making somthing different.

I don't know much about the camera chip, but if it takes fast pics then im in, burst there's apps for. Its definitely slimmer and smaller, the very middle of the 8X is .5 mm thinner, the phone slims down even further towards all the edges. It is longer, but I'd take that in my pocket over the wider thicker nokia. I have beats on my laptop and love it. They can both be read in sunlight with high brightness, which I won't use. The FFC of the 8X is wider and takes better video w/ more pixels.

wow techradar you really impress me with your effort to make htc look closer to lumia 920 but the truth its far away. -lumia camera have optical image stabilisation u didnt mention -bigger screen with puremotion technology and screen support touch of anything include nails, spoon, banana, -better accesories like monster headphones and jbl spekers -2.5 faster refresh rate -nokia exclussive apps like turn by turn voice navigation with offline maps lumia 920 rockssssss -

Other reviews Ive seen that actually used the phone say the 920 call quality is sub par. I realize most people don't make many calls now days, they text everybody. I wonder why did we get rid of text pagers if were not making many calls anyway. The Ativ from Samsung other then the nice larger screen space for more live tiles, so far they say the camera and speaker really sucks. I like the design of the Ativ but not much else.

You really impress me with your effort to downgrade the 8x -8x has a 2 watt headphone jack, sound is more clear,, and don't BS with "dolby" 2 watts is still 2 watts, -better front facing cammera, (if you try to say it doesn't mater, I'll call BS on the accessories) -soft grip instead of a harder more synthetic feel -2 speakers -88 degree camera -Beats Audio (Beats headsets are like Apple products, over priced, but good)

I do like the Nokia's camera and sensitive screen, but other than that the storage space means nothing with skydrive and Zune uploading. Wireless charging is cool but not practical, I use my phone alot while its charging. I usually have my gopro with me so if I need good pics or videos I use that. The HTC camera is still decently good. I still really like the Nokia too, just the HTC more.

nokia.has bigger screen refresh rate and clearblack tech,it's suable with gloves,has bigger storage than the 8x and has optical image stabilization useful also for low-light photos.but ti's heavier and more expensive it seems.also the nokia has more exclsuive apps like better maps,drive,tranzit apps,readers,exclusive 3rd part apps and hames.

Nice fanboying there. "better accesories". You don't get em for free with the nokia and you can just buy the same shiz for the 8x. the screen is only 0.2 inch bigger and has less PPI. The Nokia is better in quite a few areas but not that far away from the 8x. Especially in the sounds department the 8x bashes the lumia.

Nokia : Really good camera, supersensitive screen HTC: Really good front camera, beats, camera chip, slimmer/smaller (in good way) Everything else is either the same or preference in style, which I think HTC takes the cake. Pretty much a really good camera in Nokia, vs everything else better with HTC imo

Devils advocate. HTC has Beats Audio chip HTC has dedicated Camera chip HTC is better looking HTC has notification LED HTC has headphone amplifier HTC has better carrier coverage HTC has nicer colours HTC has a smaller screen (see what I did there)

Never heard of the PAUSE button huh, I use it all the time to read what things say or try to, they dont always ZOOM in on the screen when there showing benchmarks on cel phones. You might wanna chill and hit PAUSE once in a while.
