Jalebi- Hindi With English Subtitles जलेबी (हिंदी में)
Jalebi is an awesome Indian dessert. A halwai's shop (sweet shop) is not considered complete if he does not sell Jalebi. It has pretty deep roots in Indian culture ...
@rashmigoyal1118 @rashmigoyal1118 Hi Rashmi, That's sad. Please tell me,
were you kept the mixture aside as per the mentioned time? You need to keep
it aside to ferment, then only they will fluff and become crispy. Fry them
on high flame and then directly put them in chashni. Hope this will help or
tell me your complete procedure, i will try my best to solve your problem.
I guess you need to watch the video very carefully once again. try and let
me know. Gud Luck!!! Maahi

@aara2000 Hey Aara, your words are really motivating me to do more and more
in this field. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the
appreciation and wonderful words that you have written for my work. I love

@rashmigoyal1118 I am so happy that you succeded. That is what i call the
winning spirit. All credit goes to you for taking an extra step and come
out as a winner. I hope everybody would have enjoyed your delicious
jalebees. Ghar ki jalebi ki baat hi kuch aur hoti hai...i would love to see
the pics.... Thanks again for taking time and sharing your experience. I
love it.
@aara2000 Hi Aara, Sorry for a delayed response. I am not well and was not
able to respond to comments. You can simply multiple the quantity mentioned
in the video by the number of people you are making for. It would work
fine. This recipe has quantity for 4 people, so if you are making it for 15
people, you can multiply all the quantities by 4.
@rashmigoyal1118 Thnx a lot. Jai Mata di :) Heat oil on high flame, then
before putting jalebi to it, keep the stove on medium flame and fry jalebi.
Let jalebi soak sugar syrup and then immedietely take it out, do not let
jalebi stay for long in sugar syrup otherwise they will come out again as
soft :( hope r effort will not go waste. :)
@sunayverma Here is how we choose watermelons.... 1) When choosing
watermelon, pick out watermelons that are heavy for their size; as they
tend to be juicier. 2) Most importantly look at its stem, if its stem is
dry that means watermelon is sweet in taste and would be red in color. Gud
Luck!!! Thanks, Maahi

Apple Jalebi - In Hindi
Paneer Jalebi - Chanar Jalebi - Hindi with English Subtitles
Paneer Jalebi is an awesome dessrt for Paneer lovers. Paneer as you know is counted as a premium ingredient for vegetarians, we thought of trying this recipe ...
Maahi, In bengal, the process of making CHHANAR JILIPI is very different
from what u have demo'ed. Once the dough is kneaded smooth with some whole
badi elaichi ke dane, med. sized balls are pinched out of it. Then they are
rolled into thin cylinders by hand and then coiled up to make jilipi's.
They are fried in gava ghee (light brown colored cow ghee available in any
bengali grocery store) till dark brown in color and left to steep in syrup.
The jalebi maker is alien to us, for this sweet.
You can make other dessert recipes and use the same sugar syrup in them
like: Malpua, Gulgule, Sooji Halwa, Sweet Fry Bread. If that is not on your
agenda, make dough with syrup along with water and make sweet Paranthas :).
You can also use it in making Shikanji or Lemonade. you can watch all these
recipes on our website and youtube channel.. thnx so much for watching.
thank for watching dear.... we both always try to loose weight but fail...
because we are in profession in which we have to make delicious recipes..
and we eat all that food just to check the quality of taste :) u r right we
both love to eat :) thnx for watching
wow that's a whole lot of information..:) thanks a lot for such useful
information..glad that you corrected me with your knowledge ...being
bengali you know more than me ofcourse :) Why don't you share the whole
recipe with me. i would love to try thanks
Maahi, In Bengal it is known as CHHANAR JILIPI and not CHANAR JALEBI.
Bengalis like me, call the cottage cheese made from cow milk, CHHANA. Its
the same old CHHENA that is available at most dairies in North India.
It's called chhanar jalebi.... Word came from chhena ,which mean paneer in
hindi.....just FYI.... It's quite a typical Bengali sweet dish...n delish
too.. Any way good recipe ...well done guys!!! Keep posting..
Excellet recipe and you two are so funny during the end credits. I love
making Indian Dishes and am going to try to make this dish over the
weekend. will let you know. God Bless you both.
I agree with Babli (another viewer), that it is not that crunchy as the
normal jalebi. but it taste really good and richer.. hope you try and enjoy
paneer jalebi with all...
The bloopers at the end are so cute guys! Thanks for this paneer jalebi
recipe, I wanted to know how the taste was? Was it similar to normal
jalebi, or much richer? Thanks.
