No. I feed him egg and mice and super worms and crickets but lately he only wants egg. I keep him in a wooden enclosure we built with organic soil and sand and some heat

This happened to my savannah Monitor as well. I believe it was a lack of heat which causes this. Messes with a balancing thing in the head. You need to make sure he gets enough heat at night, especially during these winter months. He should be defecating more as well which also means you guys are probably not heating him up enough.

+Adriana Perez No, just the heat. Thats what he needs most, but try to diversify his diet if you can.

I thought it was because he was getting to fat or something so I recently stopped feeding him. I was feeding him a 3 eggs a day . Should I feed him only a couple times a week ? He doesnt seem to want fuzzies either, but when you show him egg he devours it. Should I change his diet and cut back on the egg? I know I have to fix his temperatures as well.

mine sneezs 2 i think he has an upper respatory infection tho cuz he does it a lot, btw i like ur monitor hes cute :D

i dont get how pet shops like that are allowed to be open? isnt their regulations and inspections in USA? good on you for doing such a nice thing.

I've seen a cwd like that in my local pet store and telled it my parents they saw it and were shocked i am going to buy it at halloween :)
