Hi Bhavna, or anyone actually who might want to answer this. This comment
doesn't have anything to do with this video, so I apologize for that at the
start. I saw a picture of a brass thalis (?) or Indian dinner plate (?) and
it had little cups around the edge of the plate and it looked like roti was
in the middle. I am just wondering, is that a traditional Indian dinner
plate. Bhavna would you be willing to set up a traditional Indian plate
like how they eat in your country because that looked beautiful. As you
already know, here in American we just put everyone on one plate and it can
sometimes look a mess but that thalis (?) plate looked very organized and
pretty. I am just curious that is all. Is there also a particular order
that food is to be eaten in? Again I am just curious. Thank you, and if
this is too much to ask then please forgive me and let it go also. Thank
you again. Christine :-)
can I sub the nuts? it's crazy fat ;( it'd be cool if you gave the calories
to this thing too, coz it's approximately 1500 cal for the whole thing, I
wonder what tiny piece could one have no to get overloaded on fat
Must admit I hadn't thought about it that way since I don't make many desserts unless it's to have with other people, good luck finding a replacement then! Maybe you could google nut free vegan desserts and find a replacement?
+veryfancydoily a slice of 50 gr of that awesome goodness.....can you have that little? coz it's delicious for sure, if u can have just a bite n then happily walk away then you rock
+ILoveYou Jameth Sheridan of Healthforce Nutritionals says Cashews are not good for health. He and his wife were one of the 1st raw, vegan people. My body doesn't like Cashews. I'm thinking soft, young Coconut meat would work w/some Dates and dried Mulberries and/or some soaked walnuts. Nuts should always be soaked before consuming.
+torturaxlc i am aware, it seems like a trend, but they are actually toxic and have to be cooked to be edible, so if you are going for optimal health they aren't the best.
