To build 6 pack abs, you do not need any hard diet plan or doing the tough
workouts, you'll be able to do it less difficult than you think. The key is
consuming the right foods & doing the correct work outs
I have a question for you: if the next day of doing these exercises your
tummy dont hurt, does it mean you didn't do the exercises right?...by the
way i loved the background:)
No I don't agree with the motto: "Pain = a good workout." Your body will adjust to the workout and you will see changes gradually. Don't expect anything overnight. Usually I know I did a good ab workout when my abs feel hard afterwards. If you feel the exercise is too easy you can increase your weights. Good luck with your fitness goals! :)
it probably means you need to push yourself harder. Soreness= good workout. Maybe your body has gotten used to your workout, change it up a bit and go harder :)

+Chris Hancock LOL I can definitely relate to my abs scorching with fire lol. Way to keep on coming back and kicking butt, Chris. Keep up the excellent work, homie.
+Soap Suds Sorry to hear that. Honestly, neck aches are very common when first adapting to hardcore abs training. I've found that as your core becomes stronger, you're less likely to have neck aches. Also be sure not to pull on your neck or strain your neck during the movements. I recommend building your core with plank moves that don't place strain on the neck, and as you build stronger abs you'll fair better with this workout. Give this workout a go:15 Min. INTENSE Plank Challengehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y06C90tJwwAHope this helps, homie.
