LG Urbane vs Samsung Gear S2 - Heart Rate Sensor
Short answer, the LG is useless at tracking BPM in a workout. If you are just standing still it gets it just fine. The Gear S2 it always gets it no matter how you move.
oh dear lord. The LG watch would drive me crazy!!! The Gear S2 isn't
perfect but it's very good as it catches up pretty face and is far better
consistent than the LG watch.

HIT Weights Workout (20/12/14)
This video is of a random workout which I do from time to time in-between my core workouts. My average heart rate was 139 bpm and my maximum heart rate ...
If my breathing and heart rate are high I usually take a break in-between
exercises. If I don't my next exercise won't be as effective because my
body would be depraved of oxygen. I hope you don't mind me saying this.
I've been doing HIT since 1992 and I used to jump from one exercise after
another like you, but I realized it's better to take a slight break
in-between, unless if it's a superset. But hey, if this is working for you
then you don't need my opinion.
+Dave DenbowHIT is not for everybody. I've been a personal trainer for a long time and many of my clients don't like the slow cadence, training to failure, and only coming in twice a week. They see weight training as a recreational thing. Something to do outside from home and after work. I've only had 4 clients out of the many I've train that's willing to do it. On FB under Mike Mentzer's Fan Club I posted pics of a 19 year old guy I trained for only 4 months on HIT. He made tremendous gain. Out of that 4 months he spent 1 month dieting down for a natural bodybuilding contest. He came in 2nd in the teenage division. Whatever works for you be it HIT of HVT go for it. Opinions won't matter as long as you're seeing result.
+Edgar Garcia Edgar, I welcome any opinion on my videos, positive or negative so long as they're genuine and with foundation. I have in the past, rested between sets as you have but have been using the 'rush factor' for quite a while now. I think it ups the intensity as well as improving my metabolic conditioning. The workout is viewed as a whole not just a series of reps and sets. That said, there's nothing to say I won't return to taking a very short break between sets to see how it affects my progress. I am open minded, especially when it comes to diet and exercise: if I wasn't, I wouldn't be doing HIT and eating a ketogenic diet. Many thanks for your comment.
HIT Weights Workout D (08/06/14): Benchmark Video
This video is of workout D of my new routine incorporating the new machines, performed on 8th June 2014. The total time of the workout was 12:55 and 91.5% of ...
I wouldn't split this particular workout as it's a benchmark one and forms part of my core routine listed in the comments relating to the video. I don't think it's too long - 12:55 is still a short workout by anyone's standards but still great for metabolic conditioning. I'm now going to enter a 'randomisation phase' which will entail random workout structure, volume and frequency. One thing that won't be random though will be the intensity. That will always be 100%. In amongst the random stuff, I'll still be doing the core ABCD workouts as shown in the videos (single set to failure) but I'll also occasionally randomise the volume in them as well with the use of drop sets or a circuit style workout.
+ED FRED I used to do a lot of volume but since moving to intense, brief and infrequent workouts using a far slower cadence, my joint and tendon health has improved vastly. Before, I was always carrying some kind of injury or niggle: back, shoulders, hip, forearm etc. Now I'm pretty much injury free. I get the odd twinge now and again but nothing compared to what it used to be like when I was training with far higher volume using faster, more explosive reps. Since using HIT and eating a high fat, very low carb diet, I've never looked or felt better.
+HIT4120 I never did a HIT workout. I have been doing high volume workouts for a few years and lately using the German volume program.I have been thinking about giving HIT a try but wonder how it is as far as putting stress on joints and ligaments.Do you ever experience any joint or ligament discomfort? Thanks for uploading the videos.
