Fun broadway songs for altos Videos

That was EXTREMELY impressive. LOVE IT! I'm sure we'll see your name in lights someday soon. (: But just one question, what is Mr. Westenberg like in person? I've been a fan for a while and have always wondered what it's like to study under him.

In high school I always hated being an alto because the snotty little soprano girls thought they were such hot stuff. However, when I got to college, my first day in choir the teacher went around and asked what everyone sang normally. All the soprano girls answered, again, like they were God's gift to Earth. After we had all said something, he knocked the soprano girls off their high horses by saying "Anyone can sing melody. The harmony is what makes the song special; what gives it depth. I hope I have some really good altos this year because they are the unsung heroes here, pun intended." And since then I've never been ashamed of singing alto. (Although I still love melodies, of course.)

I've always wondered if there was a baritone version of this (or god forbid, Bass)

Im a 16y/o guy. im an alto after i went to a music class. but i cant sing with falsetto. Is it normal or im not an alto? i have a strong chestvoice and headvoice. My voice range is fron A3 to B4/C5. Explain this please!

Okay I'm an alto but a high alto but still can't hit the soprano note there just too high but here's my question since when has being an alto make you a bad singer because I've meet some terrible sopranos to be honest I think I sound great and many people agree so don't get your hopes down just know you might sound better than a soprano ;)

I feel like I'm the only one in the comments who's happy to be an alto. I love being able to hit lower notes than some of the tenors and having a rich deep voice. I could sing mezzo soprano if I wanted too. Idk.

The olny thing I don't like about this song is that I've only ever heard it sung by soprano voices lol
