You can get a job you like more later, continue studying, but maybe you can study a little bit more and start practicing piano, with 1h a day or half an hour you will be soon trying to learn pieces like this and way harder than this, good luck my friend :)

+Brandon Cuillerier Hey Brandon, this is something that will come with time, it is improvising basically, not something you should try to learn by heart. Anyway, it will come once you start playing more and more chords, just try to mess around a bit, play the same notes as the chord, in your right hand, but not at the same time, instead play them one by one.
