"The Cell Song" was written and recorded by Dr. Keith Smolinski, copyright 2008. It is part of the album "Biorhythms: The Music of Life Science" which can be ...
Cell - "I'm back, Goku!" Goku - "What? But how?" Cell - "I got a little
help from Dr. Keith Smolinski. He's way more smarter than Dr. Gero!" Goku -
"What? There is another Doctor? Cell - "Don't be surprise, Goku. Allow me
to demonstrate my true potential of The Cell Song"! Goku - "The Cell Song"?
Cell - "The Cell song will provide me enough mitochondria for building
blocks of my life." Goku - "..." Cell - "In other words, your history!
KA-ME-HA-ME-HA!"
That's pretty cool, I had a project to do and my teacher gave us a sheet of
paper that recommended us to go on the websites and at the very bottom of
the page, it said "After you are done with the project, for entertainment
got to youtube and search up 'The Cell Song' by Keith Smolinski." So I was
just like, eh what the hay, let me give it a try, and nice job with the
song helped me with work, and I could easily study from this song! :)
Thanks! Im glad it's working! I have a whole album called Biorhythms I have
been trying to have published as a resource for teachers. You can hear
samples on the smolinskimusic website of songs about digestion, ecosystems,
muscles and bones, etc.
such cells
much organelles
wow!
this song is too catchy and now everyone is just saying the same line over
and over and over again, "Cells Cells Cells Cells The Building Blocks of
Life." MAKE THE MADNESS STOP PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have a project like a cell-cafe...We could choose any kind of
projects......I chose a cell poem. I asked if I can do a song......She said
yes........Next thing you know it I'm getting a song off Youtube xD
I teach 7th grade life science and I have used this song with great success
for the 2nd year in a row! It is a big hit with the students. Thank you for
writing and sharing this song Dr. Smolinski!
Great video! We would love for you to post this on klablab.com the first
free co-creation network for teachers and students to learn in new and
exciting ways.
My science teacher mrs.G played this song in class while we were doin our
journal and everyone was singing and wavign there arms in the air!!!! It
was so fun
Hi, Dr.Smo, i was your student two years ago i'm going to show this to my
9th grade biology class Thank you
Fun with Tables, Ladders, and Cells
NOTE: Song has been replaced with Drowning Pool - Killing Me thanks to copyright issue with the first song. Just having a good time against friends and the AI.
Hardy needs to sign a contract with WWE so we could have him in games. Also
they need to get the old makers of the game to make the game this way again
just current graphics. If 2K weren't so greedy they would combine their
efforts with the old makers of WWE games(whoever they are)and get the best
WWE game by far if they mix their style right.
+WOLF BANG actually with TNA probably I repeat PROBABLY so don't bash me. But, they might go out of business and WWE has been mentioning Hardy here and there
Hate to break it to ya but jeff isnt coming back to wwe. They heard about his drug abuse and they didn't want to re sign his contract so they scripted the cn punk and jeff thing so its easier to the fans.
Nerdy Plant Cell meets Cool Animal Cell (Differences between Plant and Animal Cells)
Funny video that explains the differences and similarities between plant and animal cells. Great resource for both students and teachers.
+Ruby Disc I think depending on when you learnt evolution would depend on how your taught it as it has had many changes in 200 yrs, do your self a favour and learn genetics as darwinism is so out of date as a theory
+Inta Lemrick Darwin did not spend much time studying the finches, I think it was only 2 months and never went back again. Recent research of those finches dont show permanent changes but just variation which varies between lang and short beak, not evolution in the sense any of the genome was changed
I'll have to do more research to say more on that particular subject. But natural selection sort of proves evolution too doesn't it, because the animals/plants are changing to become better
+Inta Lemrick That was more to do with natural selection but the reason the fossil record concerned Darwin till his death was that fossil record was not displaying evolution as explained in his theory
+m beginization Uh, actually, Darwin's theory, was proven, by Darwin, with the sparrows and stuff. And like a theory means something that your pretty sure is right, but you cant solidly prove happens every time, and stuff like that. disputing that would be like saying a green-yellow color is either green, or yellow. people'd agree, but it'd be wrong
+Inta Lemrick Well early theories were just theories, Darwins theory had not been proven at time of print and even Einsteins theory to do with light have not been confirmed, it has been in recent years people argue what a theory means
+m beginization Well, Darwin's theory was actually proven. so it's not a theory anymore. But yeah, They should have a seperate class for theoretics. And the 1970's were when a lot of major scientific breakthrews happend, such as the structure of DNA (Look past my bad spelling, I'm smart I swear)
+Inta Lemrick That is why we should just teach real science and have a area set aside to talk about theories and how a theory does not mean proven, many of einsteins theories still have not been confirm but we still use it as it can be measure but evolution by darwin theory dont really prove anything, it is history story which may be proven wrong yet from what we are learning from genetics and the cell, our teachers spoke as everything is known even back in the 1970's so imagine how many kids they put off a science career,
+m beginization I feel like a prank is coming on, but i also half believe you. You were actually taught a med puddle came alive after being struck by lightning? Wow. I'm sorry about your bad education
+Inta Lemrick That better than mine, we were taught a mud puddle got struck by lightning and became alive. Darwin work but it may have been affected by Dawkins input to foreign education whhich causes the problem, most of what we got taught Dawkins still promotes.
+m beginization Well, my public school taught that they didn't really know where life started, but that it ended up on earth somehow (guesses were placed) and evolved from there
+Inta Lemrick I went to public schools and they taught life started as a cell from rocky pond after lightning struck it, then plants started and evolved into more complex life till it became a animal cell, we ere never taught about the cambrian ? but I guess having all the phyla starting at the same time would have caused questions about that.So life must have started a few times in the past but if we looked around today we dont see any life starting since the cambriam and we dont find half assembed proteins laying around like abio genesis claim
+m beginization that's because plants didn't become animals. a certain type of animal life that seems like a plant developed on the bottom of the ocean and evolved from there
The Cellular Song
Lyrics, Vocals and Animation by Uno de los Reyes To the tune of "Hoedown" from "Whose Line is it Anyway" PROKARYOTE (singing) I am a prokaryote, ...
@mak96k Haha, glad to know I was able to help. :) If you're interested, I
posted a "sequel" to this video, it's a video response. Please do check it
out if you have the time, although it's a bit more complicated than this
one. :D And do only watch it in low res, it gets out of sync at 360 and 480.
@jadk1ng Hehe. I commented on this last school year and 4 months later I
get a reply. But, this cell did help me pass my major test. I got one of
the highest scores because of this guy even though science was my worst
subject. And I scored highest on the cells and oganelles part.
@Lelani66 Yeah, sorry. I'll make the next song right now! School has been
causing my video making to slow down. XD In the meantime, please tune in to
my channel lifewithjuan, I constantly update videos there. :D
