My ears don't look half as big as yours and I'm chaining with the 11. :c Is there a way I can do double the size without messing up the pattern? I think it's because my yarn is thin.

+Emily Bouromphongsa If you're yarn is thin, might I suggest rolling up a small, separate ball of the same yarn and using two strands held together? It will still match the rest of your head band, but it will be a little thicker and your ears will come up to about the right size :)

+Dana Tyler Hi Dana, you can use the hook size I use, 4.25mm or a 4.00 or a 4.5 or a 5.0...if you're using worsted weight. Because I designed this pattern to be customizable to our individual heads you can pretty much use any hook you have on hand :)

Short tutorial part 1 on how to sew ears to crochet hat. Specifically my Mickey and Minnie inspired crocheted hat. Had to do it in two parts due to time limitations.

I love the hat but love your voice even more. wow! your voice is heavenly. so soothing and relaxing. the way you take in a breath reminds me of my aunt and how she read the bible to me as a child. she always had a hint of pickle breath but i loved it! lol silly of me to share but i enjoyed hearing you speak.
