+Catherine Whittaker Hello, to make it tighter use a smaller crochet hook, will e a bit harder to crochet with but worth it for the brim to stay stiff :)
+bobwilson123 Thanks. I want to make one like yours or similar to a baseball cap but for a new born. I just don't know wear to look anymore. I have to say I love you tutorials they help me out a lot.
i think you should of slowed it down for people new at this. you went to
fast for me and i ended up doing my own thing and it doesnt look right..
love the hat though!
+Jamie Smith Just pause the video. No need to keep up with the tutors hands. Watch, grab a hook, pause, do it on your project, and watch the video. That is what I like about videos so much, you can pause and speed up to your own pace. So much better than the days when I had a friend in front of me. She would go so fast and I would have to tell her to do that over again. With a video, you just pause when ever you want.
hi bob Wilson , iam having trouble making the peak im so confused I put
the stich markers counted 7 like you showed but after that I don't know are
we crocheting 2 single hdc then 2 hdc n the same all around the beanie?? or
is it up to the stitch markers?? I really need to finish this project
please help =/
Hello, you only make the brim in the section marked between the attached yarn and the stitch marker :)You will do what you said just up to the stitch marker....you will not crochet into the stitches past the stitch markerhope this helps you +bnailsify
I made this hat by instructed measurements and it turns out too wide for my
head (for about 2 vertical lines). My stiches were tight, I used cotton
instead of wool yarn. What can I do to fix the hat without crochet it
again?
