If you already lucid dream often, this will be just more of a reminder than anything else) More information on Lucid dreams & Spirit Science & Theta Meditation...
Two techniques in particular has worked tremendously for me. The first one
is repeating "am I dreaming, or am I awake"... The second method helped me
A LOT. I lay comfortable in my bed, but i hold that position completely
still for about 45mins to 1 hour... which will give me sleep paralysis
(can't move ). somehow your ability to enter the lucid dream state
increases if the body sleeps before the mind does.It feels like gliding
into the dream realm, instead of ending up somewhere, just like that
another thing i got from a book that is very effective to help you to be
more self aware is to lay on your back before you go to sleep and recall
your day starting with now and going back ward till you woke up this
morning. this exercise is very beneficial, the more detail the better. do
not bother your self with to much detail if it is difficult or frustrating.
what ever you can do is helpful to become awake and aware, witch is the
premise of lucid dreaming. challenge: look at your hands
i hade a lucid dream after a nightmare the onther night and out of nowhere
i hopped on youtube and went strait to a lecture by dr thomas campbell. i
watched every video and became completely hooked with the whole experience.
iv ordered his books and books from his "GURU" bob monroe. my only problem
is i have no idea how to lucid dream or astral project on command. iv
looked up info and reseached untill i couldnt stand it any more. any help
would be amazing.
Hi sister, Love you! I have a question why do I want a lucid dream? How is
it helpful? I presume It could possibly help you deal with everyday real
life problem solving or maybe emotional issues and they say if you have a
physical problem and illness or something it is a great way to help you
become aware of the problem and possibly help diagnose it, but what I am
wondering are what are other benefits of lucid dreams and remembering your
dreams ect.
Waving hands in front of your face will increase the energy when
projecting. Also, the spinning you mentioned is called dream weaving, and
will give you ideas on what to do besides fly and the ubiquitous carnal
stuff. Real Astral Bob (Robert Bruce) has energy techniques for O-B-E-
release on his Y/T channel. The movie 'Waking Life' is also posted in full
now - just watching this film will increase the chances ....
my best lucid dreams: imagining a fit woman and have sex with her. walking
through walls. stealing from shops and being a rascal! Also other things to
try are spinning round in a circle 360 degrees, looking at your own hands,
look at the sky, jump out of a window. commit suicide (takes guts to do
this! cos your not 100% sure your dreaming!) (awesome feeling when you do
it though)!
Had my first Lucid Dream today ! You seem to be giving interesting tips,
I'll try them out ! By the way, besides going zero gravity, I told myself:
Okay, let's try to change what I see and hear to make this dream more
badass. When I said "GO", colours changed negative and I heard heavy
dubstep. Yep... Felt pretty badass !
@TheSaltyDiver09 That happened to me before too! Went from a nightare to a
lucid dream ! Have you tried and of my tips yet ? Try taking a nap in the
middle of the afternoon . I cant astral project on command yet either its
always a shocking surprise when it starts to happen! But i lucid dream at
least once a week.
@ermond Let me know if it works or not i haven't tried this one yet! But
make sure you start a dream journal i am telling you it really really works
and enhances dream recall A LOT, and i believe there is a connection
between increasing dream recall and opening your 3rd eye, and e.s.p.
,etc....
@chelsearayl. Awesome! I've had success with it a couple times, but not
every time. I've hit a dry patch with my lucid dreams and astral projection
this past month. But this usually happens variouus times of the year. It
sux though because my intention and expectation is to do it every night.
@chelsearayl Have you tried Astral Projecting trough lucid dreams? When you
lucid dream imagine a door to the astral world. I did it for 3 seconds
because my alarm went off but in those 3 seconds I saw my room in great
colors and detail it was amazing!
@geostigma123 the method is called "wake initiated lucid dreaming" . I like
the fact that I just glide from this reality to the next ... instead of
experiencing a "missing and timeless" zone between i sleep and realize that
I am dreaming.
A few scientists used those techniques to spare time and have another
approach on pretty difficult computations. So, yeah, I guess you have good
chances of solving personnal problems there !
funny , spinning definitely helps to continue to dream, hand rubbing too,
and spinning also moves you to another location if U do not like the
current one. Do you have the same?
Try saying "Am I dreaming? Is this a dream?" throughout the day. I tried
this once, and it popped up in my dreams later that night and I immediately
went lucid.
I talk about various herbs and supplements you can take to boost your lucid dreaming ability. The items mentioned are: Calea zacatechichi, Mugwort, Choline ...
I still prefer a disapline of the mind for starters before doing this.
Mutch more rewarding that way. Preference is the main thing though. The
only thing i've really used as a "dream inhancer" is drinking alcahol. A
slight buzz on an empty stomic makes for a really odd/negitive experince
though. So I wouldn't do that. A bit of white bread helps to calm your
mind. Less hunger but not enough to really cause a major distraction. Focus
is useually key. You'll find the balance your self for that.
Depends on how much it takes to get you a little bit buzzed. Just enough to
get you off to sleep. But not to much that you just pass out. Like I said
though, differing combinations of how much you eat and combined with the
alcohol can produce varied results. So its not perfect but if you can find
the nitch its a cheaper way of doing it. So in a way yes, it can be.
Depending on how it effects your mind and body.
Awesome video, great casual talk of helpful information. I have heard a lot
about Choline used just by itself, awesome stuff. I recommend everyone
actively looking into a diet with a higher choline content, like Cameron
said it improves memory, it can also prevent Alzheimer's! Love these
natural substances and how nature provides us with all we need for a
healthy mind, both waking and resting.
I'm definitely a fan of the "natural" way to induce lucid dreaming. There
are things you can do through meditation to play around with brain
chemistry, and I find that to be more interesting. Also certain foods and
non-alcoholic drinks. However, this is really interesting advice and a good
review of the products.
nex time u makea video, do a few takes before u put it on the internet. 7
minutes of raw info, the other 10min was chineese talk, and ''uhh's'' 'mm'
and i still gained nothing from it. hmu wenu get into astral projection
So for what reasons you are using these substances in fact? What is the
eventual goal? I really hope one day you will take the greatest supplement
for human mind ever found. It's called Jesus Christ =)
If you are taking any anti anxiety or antidepressant you should check with
your doctor before trying any of these supplements. Particularly
Galantamine can be dangerous to mix with an antidepressant.
Really alcohol helps you as a " dream inhancer " ? That's the first time
Ive ever heard that. Intresting. Have you had lucid dreams after drinking
alcohol?
I'm not sure. But it is prescription only here in Australia but I still
managed to import it in. I bought mine from dreamamins (dot) com /002 (dot)

Ok so I'm new around here and I have really wanted to lucid dream but...
When I have heard about people that have been paralysed I get very scared
of lucid dreaming, plus I have seen the how to not be scared of the things
you fear.
So I'm scared of for example the grudge, how the hell am I supposed to go
to it and ask it why I'm scared? Like im literally super scared of it
Any ideas? Before I start trying to lucid dream?
+Spuddo Calm down my friend. It's not going to be that scary. It's actually a really incredible experience, and there's nothing to fear. I have a lot of articles on my site explaining how to do it, check them out :)
+How To Lucid Dream I believe you don't really need any improvements, you're always straight to the point with things and the explanation is very precise. Just avoid people ringing you half way through haha ;)

You are actually a 3RD generation light healer - your grandfather was
visiting a friend in a hospital when he felt impressed to attend to the man
in the next bed who was in a coma and once he did, the man immediately
woke, sat right up, and said he was hungry. My father (your Grandpa) then
quickly left so as to not draw attention to himself. This life is not all
there is to existence - As Yoda said to Luke Skywalker as he struggled to
understand - "Luminous beings are we...not this gray matter".
imagining scenes in your head on will, and at the same time crossing the
threshold of consciousness and sleeping and rem sleep. you breached the
dream state of sleeping, with full cognitive and imaginative ability
intact. this is where shit gets awesome. you basically are imagining
whatever you want and actively living it in your dream. you can do whatever
you feel, yet your subconsciousness still has bits of imagery and ideas
floating around in the dream, so it still is kinda uncontrollable.
as you may imagine, my dreams were sexual as hell. the chick at the end of
the bridge represented the hardship and trials of my past interests, and i
was representing progress by moving past them. btw the chick at the end was
very, very vivacious. curvy and lovely by all standards, and beautiful. the
dreams were intense and amazing, unforgettable. the bounds of reality held
no chain upon my conscious lucidity, and i awoke feeling refreshed and
amazing. but remember young one, dont get lost in
Every Day I used to get Dreams,? Some good, Some bad. I researched a lot on
Dreams and finally understood that "Dreams are UN-fullfilled aims and
activities of the day life" When I searched in Apple Appstore for Dreams,
You know what? I got an app called "dreamed" by Lokesh Hanumappa This is
really cool app which records the dreams and then converts? each dream into
a goal which is tracked for completion. This is what I wanted and this is
really cool way of maximizing the hints given Dreams.
Some of my most early memories of YouTube are screamers; I never cared for
them. You don't have anything to worry about here: No screamers. Listen to
these beats while you are going to sleep. As I have said before, gaining
awareness precedes gaining control so be patient with yourself. Lucid
dreaming is a process that few naturally have but anyone can master with
practice. This, like keeping a dream journal, is a tool that helps the
process. I love updates and success stories. Keep in touch.
i used to use music to help me get lucid dreams as a teen. i found certain
types of music made me have certain types of dreams. after a few years i
began simply having control over everything in my dream if i wanted. simply
fantastic. one nightmare i had however was not to unlike Inception where
every person in the dream turned on me when i tried exerting my will to
control it. when they grabbed me i felt like i was being electricuted by
touch. this buggs me. i feel like i was not alone.
Firstly, wow about your father! :) I'm glad you're a light healer because
that makes me feel more comfortable using your videos. It sort of scared me
about your brother when it should not have, which means I'm still not ready
for what/who I will encounter during meditation or lucid dreaming. So
without the benefit of a mentor like you or someone to guide me, I'll stick
to chakra cleansing and grounding and crystal protection as a beginner for
now. Thanks so much again for your response.
a bridge floating in the sky. this is what i imagined. i imagined myself
walking along it and imagined walking past all of my ex girlfriends until i
found my current interest, which was at the end of the floating bridge. at
this point i fell asleep; thats the most important part- as youre actively
imagining the scene in your head and interacting with it with your
body(walking past people, moving my eyes) you have to be tired enough to
just fall asleep. and by this point youre already
alrighty, here goes. you gotta be like knockout sleepy! tired as hell. not
the kinda "oh its 8pm its time to turn in" you gotta be so tired that your
eyes are hard to lift and consciousness is even harder to hold on to. so
youre laying in bed, very very tired; if you were to lay for about 1 minute
straight with the soul intent of sleeping, youd be out like a matchstick
lit in the rain, that how tired. okay, just imagine something sorta
unrealistic, yet with ties in reality. such as
I really chanced on these videos while searching for cleansing and
grounding meditation. I'm just getting into light work and I'm being very
careful to protect myself before I begin communicating with my spirit
guides so no other unwelcome energy will come through. Without a doubt
these frequencies work but because of how spiritually sensitive I am, I was
wondering if it would be better to not just go into lucid dreaming without
proper protection before drifting off. Do you know?
8 years ago my brother crossed into the divine light after an unexpected
accident. Since that time, he has become one of three spirit guides that I
regularly commune with. My brother, Steven, solely communicates with me
through dreams. It has been a journey of many years, but he is now a lucid
dreaming trigger when I am in the REM cycle. Conversely, when I realize I
am dreaming without actually seeing him first, I can call upon him for
further light and knowledge.
Thank you for your question. I will do my best to answer using my own
experiences as reference. My counsel is not absolute ergo you should find
the solution that best suits what you believe the divine light is leading
you towards. I am a second generation light healer. I was trained by my
father. In one specific example, he was the instrument through which divine
light grew lungs on an unborn fetus prior to what was expected to be a
still born birth.
I listened to this last night and dreamed I was in a Roman Coliseum. I
could see myself, but also noticed the "me" in the dream couldn't open my
eye lids. I tried, but I seemed to weak. Finally, I waited a minute and
forced them open with all the strength I had. When I did that my eyes
opened and I was awake from my dream. I'm not sure what all that was, but
I'm gonna listen again tonight and see what happens.
This is common as your mind adjusts to being lucid during the REM cycle.
Being in control during the sleep cycle is a learned skill, ergo you will
develop more control in your surroundings as you practice dream
consciousness more regularly. This problem is somewhat common and happens
to a lot of people (including myself periodically) as control to lucid
dream increases.
In the experience I have, this is very rare and probably not exactly what
you mean either. My lucid dreams are usually (rudely!) interrupted by my
alarm clock. The only dreams where I felt trapped were scary ones that I
lost control of. Scary dreams never end quickly enough. Outside of being in
a vegetative coma, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
As far as my experience has shown me, lucid dreaming has been an excellent
tool for exploration and insight to truth. However, I would caution you to
be extremely careful if you decide to experiment with Astral Projection. I
have been told that most human beings do not have the discretion to
navigate that realm in way that keeps them in the divine light.
I recover myself, redevelop my territory, redesign my life, recuperate my
mental disorder, redeem my historical total own all selves, redecorate my
own oneself, redact my story.
自身回復し領域再開発、人生再設計、精神障害を治療し歴史的総自己全自身を取り戻し自己自分自身を改装し遍歴を編集し直す。
Lucid dreaming is being consciously aware that you are in a dreaming state.
While in this state, you can create and do anything you please. Astral
projection is an experience where your consciousness/awareness leaves your
body to communicate with other realms or remotely view somewhere your body
is not.
I hope this has answered your question. In response to your thoughtful
comment I am developing a new multi-frequency binaural beat video that
cleanses each individual chakra, starting with the root and ending with the
crown. I will be releasing it tomorrow. Peace and love to you and yours
I had first lucid dream last night! :O I using this 3 weeks, and i had
lucid last night. I stand in some village, and watch in my hands (reality
check), and after that, i have been awaken in dream, but i waked up soon
after that! :O Sorry for my bad english.

Like any other area of life, gaining awareness always precedes gaining
control. Now that you have experienced a limbo state, take it and create
something from it.
i had a dream and in the dream i did all the stuff i would do in a lucid
dream but i felt like i had no control of my sorroundings or even
myself..help plzzzz!!!!
this shit is creepy for some reason. so is the word lucid. btw I've lucid
dreamt without using beats before. if anyone wants to learn how just reply
to this.
