I had a lucid dream but I got stuck in it. Couldn't figure out how to wake up. When I finally woke up I was in sleep paralysis for what seemed like 20 mins but was probably 2 mins.

my first lucid dream I just thought im going to dream, im going to dream, im going to dream, im going to dream, im going to dream, then i laid in bed and until i felt asleep and then i felt asleep i noticed i was dreaming and woke up :/ and i thought im going to dream, im going to dream, again and i felt asleep i noticed again that it was a dream and in the dream and just followed it untill i looked out of a window it was empty there so i thought about making a city there took like 1sec and there was a big like future city there like 1 sec after i saw it i woke up again... now almost everytime i go to sleep i can notice im dreaming , But i got in a paralysed sleep once scary as shit :0

+gigglan That paralyzed state is one of the best states to be in cause you can astral project, have outer body experiences, lucid dream and see into the 4th dimension... So its a good thing :-)

lucid means conscious as in a lucid dream means you know your dreaming and you can control the dream yourself. most of the time lucid dreams are extremely vivid

You dream in the 4th dimension where the spirits & entities are If you go higher your astral projecting.. Now Im not sure I projected to another place or I created my experience form my subconscious ether way it becomes a real place. The man Paul was a spirit. Some spirits dont like to be discovered this is why he was so shocked that I could see him cuz at this time I was lucid enough to know somethings up. Once I released him he ran cuz some spirit try to control your dreams like he tried ;)

Take a nap in the AM.. Do a Astral Projection Guided Meditation or something like it... Then set alarm to go off in 3hrs get up and watch a vid about OBEs or meditate again.. Lay in bed say I love to leave my body 20 30 times and try to lay awake till you leave your body. But no worries my friend! I have taking it before.. I had vivid dreams wit it but its nothing to spend your money on in less your buying the real herb it self becuz the liquid is not that great...
