There is a gigantic difference between being briefly aware you are dreaming and actually controlling your dreams. Most people using this mask will get zero results, meaning they won't even be aware they're dreaming. Of the few that do become aware of dreaming (admittedly an interesting experience) only a tiny fraction will develop any control whatsoever over their dreams. Anyone who imagines that this mask will enable them to dream whatever they want is in for major disappointment.

It's called reality checks to realize you are dreaming. For example when you are dreaming, if you put your index finger to your palm it should go through and then you know you're dreaming. You do these periodically throughout the day to get used to doing them. This is just one technique to prepare yourself for lucidity.

Anyone can learn how to lucid dream. Whether or not this mask is effective is a different topic entirely, but lucid dreaming is not something that only certain people can do. Once you become lucid, it shouldn't be hard to control your dreams.

yeah, well just counter dream that by thinking of like angles and stuff lol. Besides, if you can really control your dreams, you should be able to get rid of things you don't want.

Just because you believe something doesn't mean it's true. People believed in Zeus, Mythra, Thor, Poseidon, Allah, Krisha, etc. It doesn't make them real.

Ironically enough, it won't be "On my way to heaven" by Above & Beyond? I'd expect that, or Sun In your Eyes, Alchemy, or Andrew Bayer-Counting Down, to epitomize the feeling...if it were true.
