actually, if you really want to boost your 6 and 7th shakras, i suggest a nice long caramel milk bath heated to 94 degrees exactly. make sure the milk is from a cow that only has three black spots. stay in the bath for 47 minutes, not a second longer. dry yourself gently with a white towel that has been previously soaked in elephant tears. then, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. and get inside it, doing child's pose. and once all of that doesn't work, i suggest trying to get fucking serious.

Is it possible to do this with a lower beat and bring out the wing and rain more? I know most people can't hear the beat, but I'm a musician with a very sensitive ear and it's screaming at me.

I used this with speakers and it helped me fall asleep, but gave me weird, vivid dreams (almost would consider them nightmares.) I felt really weird all the next day but idk if that has anything to do with this

+Healing4Happiness yes it was very vivid and I wouldn't say nightmare, but just wasn't a very good dream. Bad things kept happening. A crazy guy on a plane in one dream, late for class with a bag so heavy I can't walk, etc

You have to use earphones or headphones for this too? Cause it's a bit awkward for me to sleep with something on or in my ears.. If I have earphones in I can't move in bed comfortably. :D And an other thing.. If this has it's effect while listening by speakers, what volume should I listen it to? I can't decide if loud or low is better.

+Valentin Vizi what kind of speakers do you have cause I have a nice set monior speakers from my studio and they work great i had the same problem when I had to sleep with headphones.
