Hey y'all! I know a lot of you guys want to learn how to eat healthier so I created this video to show you guys how to eat clean. I'm really obsessed with the ...
I'm a little confused. The beginning of the video says to stay away from
cereal, but then you say it's okay to eat whole grain or whole wheat
cereal. I know what you mean but you may confuse others. It probably is
okay to eat whole wheat cereal for breakfast instead of Fruit Loops or
something, unless you're allergic to gluten and wheat. A whole foods
breakfast would be organic eggs, nuts/seeds or fruit, veggies for
breakfast. Nothing there is processed. But to each her/his own.
Also thanks so much for putting out there that going from eating one way to
eating whole foods is a process and it won't happen overnight. I know
people that try to go cold turkey all at once at first. Then they quickly
end up miserable and blowing their diet. In the beginning, it took me three
months just to stop eating cheese, that was before I cut out the other
foods. I found out that I'm allergic to dairy - been eating it for decades
ignoring the symptoms.
Informative wonderful video! The images you presented and the way you
presented them were fun and creative.
+Sunny Nights Thanks so much! I really appreciate that:) You're correct in what you took from the video as far as cereals goes. To clarity for everyone else...In the beginning of the video I said stay away from SUGARY cereals. For example, cereals like Fruit Loops, Captain Crunch, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, etc. Eat whole wheat cereal instead. I don't want anyone to be confused. Thanks girl!
Yasssss this video was sooo clutch. I've been trying to figure out how to
start eating clean and this video complete broke it down without
intimidating me. Thanks girl you the bessssst
+brooklyn persley Aww thanks man. I was really trying to make it easy to understand but it can be soooo confusing. Thanks so much for your feedback. It's appreciated babes:)

All things to My hair and i watch over 100 video's to do it but iTS just
that thing that here is are my questions 1.where do you have to start when
your Washing and when co-wash en condition (routine)
2. Some really good tips for hairgrowth
3.products that are for Washing like tgin Or Some thing like that
Really Thank you x Ella
I mean like First deep condition then co-wash then rinse then leave conditioner then rinse Btw really good tips i'll defently try then out ! +Chime edwards
+Ella Saya Thanks Ella!! Okay, here's the answers to your questions: 1.) I'm not sure what you mean by where do you start but choose a good conditioner. Wash your hair from root to tip. Co-wash the majority of the time and only use shampoo when you really need to cleanse your hair. For example, if you have product build up. You'll know when it's time for a shampoo. 2.) Jojoba oil is great for growth. Drink water. Have a balanced diet-if you don't take a multi-vitamin. Massaging your scalp helps. These are only a few tips but check out my video "Ways To Accelerate Hair Growth". There are so many tips there. 3.) TGIN conditioner, Carol's Daughter's Monoi Repairing Conditioner and Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose Conditioner are really good. Very moisturizing. I hope this helps!
The Best Diet: Eating Clean
GET MY DVD: //www.poppilatesdvd.com //www.blogilates.com There's no secret to start living healthily. It's called EATING CLEAN PEOPLE!!!!!! Cassey ...
Hey guys, I just wanted to say, and I have no means to say that I hate
Cassey, but clean eating is NOT for everyone. When I started clean eating,
it went really well at first but I started to restrict more and more and
before I knew it, I was 90lbs and my mentality was stuck in an eating
disorder. I stopped hanging out with my friends afraid to eat out because
it wasn't my "cheat meal" day yet and I didn't want to be "unhealthy." I
shut my family out too. This was sophomore year in high school. After that,
I slowly overcame my anorexia stage and started binge eating. I started
bingeing during the fall of my junior year to my senior year (now) and I
honestly wasted so much energy on trying to "eat clean" again and I was
miserable, I'm starting flexible dieting/ intuitive eating right now and
it's going really well. Please look into other options guys. Clean eating
isn't maintainable in the long run and I honestly wish I could get my high
school years back without stressing about food 24/7.
For the most part, clean eating simply encourages you to eat unprocessed or whole foods. There is nothing unhealthy about that. You developing an eating disorder more than likely stemmed from some other underlying issue.
I try eating clean and I eat healthy as much as I can, and I've told my
parents that but it's so annoying because for lunch and dinner they still
serve really unhealthy foods like nuggets and chips! And when I say I don't
want that it's unhealthy they get really annoyed at me! I don't know what
to do
+Nadia Al-masud I totally understand your struggle! My parents ridicule me for my diet choices as well - they say things like "oh, don't worry about it - you're skinny!" They don't understand it's about more than that. It's about feeling good. What I do, is I make sure before my ma goes shopping that she has the healthy fruits and veggies for me. Sometimes, I have to make my own shopping trips, but it's worth it!! :)
Tiny meals...nope not happening! lol I love my HIGH carbs, LOW fat, VEGAN
diet. Every now and then I like my coffee for taste but no crazy starbux
cravings like I use to desire. I love that you promote whole healthy
foods...but when I switched to this it completely killed all my
bad cravings. NO cravings and unlimited amounts of great foods, feeling
truly full/satisfied, no calorie counting feels amazing! That is what
ultimately helped me in every way. Love eating guilt-free, helping the
planet, and being healthy. I do like your energy it's positive.
+Kelly L (KRL82) No five small meals for me either. That would be really difficult to implement into a work day. I'm not spending hours just planning my day's worth of meals to take to work. No cravings would be a good thing. Cravings are my biggest problem.
+BlazerT48 well spices don't really add that many calories, if you're main focus is calories, but they're also natural products so I'm guessing they're alright. Most of them are just dried ground peppers and things like that.
Oh, maybe I am thinking too technically; since you don't build muscle when doing activities in the gym, you tear/break it - then you build/make muscle while eating and recovering.
I think she meant it as you make your abs in the gym cause that's where you work out and sculpt them and but they're shown in the kitchen through what you eat :)

I hope it's not too late to get a reply. I would like to start eating clean
I know white rice is not good for you and was told basmati was better. I
love this rice however now I need to know if it falls under cleaning
eating. Please please let me know. I love this video and it has helped me
alot in getting started. Today is actually my first day. Wish me luck
+Sharon Elwekil Only brown rice would be clean. The idea is to only eat unprocessed grains. I don't know a lot about Basmati rice, but it's definitely has the bran removed. So it would not be clean. That being said, I know there are some clean eaters who make an exception for things like this. So it really depends on how "hard-core" you want to be. I mean, if white rice is the only thing in your eating plan that is not clean, I think you're doing pretty well! Remember the 80/20 rule. Eat 100% clean, 80% of the time. Allow that 20% for personal exceptions and just life in general.
My girlfriend, roommate and I sat around the kitchen table and talked about
clean eating. We watched the documentary, Fed Up, and decided it was time
for a change. Your website is the first place I looked after finding a
recipe there that I liked last year. Thanks so much for the work you put
into this. I have leukemia and I know that my body would only benefit for
being healthier. I'm glad that my girlfriend and roommate are on board! We
will be very frequent visitors to your site!!
+Jenny Smith Thanks so much Jenny! Eating clean is definitely a wonderful way to fuel your body with the nutrients it needs. I wish you all the best! I'm sure with all that support you will all do great!
Actually, there is some evidence emerging to the contrary. But either way you look at it, that organic grass fed cheeseburger that you make at home with real food and a whole grain bun is still leaps and bounds better for you than what you get at a drive-thru.

I know many people out there uses protein powders, and if you actually know
what is inside of it, its actually really bad. I started taking plant base
protein after doing a lot of research. Of course Vega is a good plant base
protein, there are many more brands out there you can buy. My personal
favorite is Sun Warrior- Warrior blend. It is vegan friendly as well. Sorry
if gave out any false information, but best of luck everyone.
I like the clean eating and the nutritional advice! It's heavily useful and
super good! If you'd like Vince, it'd be cool if you checked out my blog!
