How about a video proposing easier, simpler alternatives to 'superfood'
trends? Not everyone an get their hands on acai, coconut flakes, 5 kinds of
ripe tropical fruit for breakfast.
Dont get me wrong, i love these videos, and exploring the acai trend is
cool. But the mini drizzle of almond butter 'for extra protein'? The
tablespoon of granola 'for fibre'? I mean come on. A single one of these
bowls can easily be a wallet emptier - when you can basically have the same
nutrients with something much simpler and budget-friendly.

Do you digest your food really quickly? I get full so fast and depending on
the day, I can stay full for a really long time. I'd love to eat that many
sweet potato fries, but I'd get too full. And then I wouldnt be hungry for
breakfast in the morning. If I want snacks in between my meals, my meals
have to be really small. What is your experience with all that?

+Elysia Heuser I don't actually, my digestion is quite slow. But I believe everyone is different and also, overtime your stomach can expand. It depends on people's age, height, build and activity levels on how much one requires and can eat. If you are new to the lifestyle you could also feel much more full from all the fibre :)
