+Paladin Goo How many innocent roni must die for your pretentious San Francisco cuisine? Save the Ronis!

I would never substitute a spring onion with a leek. Dougdabandits tastebuds must be paralysed.gag

+Angela Aitken For soups leeks are actually really good. I use leeks while cooking, then finish with thin-sliced raw green onion as a garnish.

brine thick cuts, sous vide, sear it, have them with sage butter

+shred2deth I agree with everything but the sage. I always associate sage with poultry.

How do you know the inside has reached the safe internal temperature?
https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-XdUIqdMkCWA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAAA/4252rscbv5M/photo.jpg?sz=64
He cooked the pork chops about 12 minutes too long - I wouldn't worry in the slightest about internal temperature.

Have you ever taken loin boneless chops, pounded them out to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick, coated them with fine crushed Ritz "garden Vegetable" crackers? Fry in olive oil 2 to 3 minutes each side OR in oven on cookie sheet with cooling rack (for heat and air flow), 350 for about 12 min. Let stand for 5 before diggin in. BEST CHOPS I've ever had or made.

+edwardsrc7 Thanks man. I really appreciate it.

Crush  a full sleeve of the crackers in a ziplock bag, add the chops (thick) and as you pound them out while in the crumbs, the crackers stick lightly and flavors soak in. I usually add some garlic "POWDER" to the mix for added flavor. Goes great with flavored rice (rice a roni), or scalloped potatoes with a vegetable or salad as a side.

+edwardsrc7 Yes. I am a pork fanatic, and this sounds awesome.

Yes in fact I can, should I go on?

+edwardsrc7 Sounds good. Can you be more specific with the instructions?

Bro I have to be honest with you. I'm a first time watcher, the into is very good, you have a nice personality and a sense of humor. I understand the video title is Lazy' Man Pork chops but its not appealing to me. 1- Rice a Roni, the San Francisco treat, The day I eat Rice a Roni is the day I make Spam hamburgers, maybe try Jasmin or Basmatti rice, rice is easy measure rice add water ..lazy also. Boiled meat...eckkk, I love the nice grey whiteish colour it comes out, any boiled meat sorry is terrible to me. You boil meat to add it to a stew when you use cheap blade or European steak, not hi quality pork meat. OK maybe I'm wrong and didn't taste it to really make a fair judgement but I'm going to subscribe, I lke your style. Have you eve done fast griiled cheese, made with an iron, an iron for clothes that is Keep a cool tool and don't let your meat loaf

+Garry PerkinsOK I'll shut up and enjoy my spam sandwich
https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-yAwP31RN5c4/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAACI/7lULsn13ZmA/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Sam G Note the title, "Lazy man's." Yes, one could season and pan fry the pork, then prepare the rice dish of his choosing, but that would be grossly inappropriate for the lazy man series.
