+See Hollie C. you asked a totally valid question. She did a peta campaign and many interviews claiming to be vegan and now she's using animal products.... major side eye
+Maya Alexandra Actually she used to be a strict vegan, which I think is why +See Hollie C. asked. I wasn't aware that she switched from a vegan diet until I heard about the new show, so it's a valid question.

Just be me, my grandpa and I would go aperagus picking in the spring. The
wild ones and man they tasted so good. And just like he taught me, pick
them where they snap.. So the rest can go to seed..LOL. When I buy them
now, I still like to hear the snap and will do each one.. Looks lovely and
wonderful. My favorite veggie. Keep up the good work.. And Happy Birthday
Rick I know you will have a lovely day.

this way. I too use salt and pepper. Sometimes I use tellicherry pepper on
this and oh my goodness, it is so good! Wishing you and yours a blessed
Easter! Love you Betty! ~Amy
I love watching your videos. I'm 19 year old guy and I'm in university.
Whenever I'm over stressed I watch your videos and a hour later I cook for
my girlfriend. It really helps to remove my stress. Keep your videos coming!
Hi Betty! Happy Easter to you and Rick and the rest of the family =) I hope
you have a wonderful easter day. I will definitely be adding the
Asparagus, the southern biscuits and the mashed sweet potatoes to my table.
;)
Hi Betty. That's what I do with my asparagus too but I put a good amount of
powdered parmasean cheese on top. It puts a crisp on top without the
cheesiness and of course it's still tender. My nieces and nephews LOVE it.
We've made it the same exact way as you 3 times in the last week. When I
used to grow it I would eat it raw out of the garden sometimes I would eat
so much I peed green. Same with beets except a different color :)
Somehow I missed this recipe but I love Asparagus even though I rarely fix
it. This recipe looks delicious and I was just wondering if it would be
okay to add some finely diced garlic to it as well?
Yummmmm.....raw or roasted Betty style, Asparagus is always an AWESOME
treat,...thumbs up to ya dear Betty and thankin' ya for sharin' another
great recipe and easy too!! = )
I'm going to purchase some Jersey Knight asparagus and plant. It's a
perennial and will grow in Kentucky as well! One less thing to have to buy
if you can grow it! :O)
YUM! That looks soo good! I will be making this because I always made mine
on the stove. Just recently I steamed some but roasting - got to try it!
Happy Easter!

Roasted Asparagus and Garlic Aioli Recipe! Noreen's Kitchen
Greetings! Tonight to go along with our Ham Puff, we are going to have oven roasted asparagus with a quick garlic aioli. Aioli is a traditional sauce from the ...
I sprinkle it with a little onion powder and garlic powder as well. I
always serve mine with aioli unless I'm having seafood, and then I make a
delicious remoulade and use it for both the seafood and the asparagus. Yum.
LOL...I just read your notes...I was about to type 'great minds think
alike'...I don't remember telling you about this! It's fantastic, isn't it?
(No tarragon allowed in this house. I guess it's just me, but I've never
developed a taste for it. ) Great video, Noreen.
WOW! Great minds think alike. I keep my romaine lettuce in a container with
an inch of water, and covered with a bag like that. I only need 3 or 4
leaves a day (since I'm a single guy and nobody loves me, LOL) but if I
don't do it this way, it goes bad before I finish it. With this method
though, it's good down to the last inner leaves. The rice bowls show how
things that are made by real people are vastly more valuable than wallmart
stuff.
This looks wonderful. I've made asparagus like this before but without the
Aioli. Hubby and me love asparagus so we just planted 8 crowns a few weeks
ago so hopefully we'll be harvesting some asparagus in a couple of years.
Thank you for sharing :)
@ravenbones1 So Sorry! I did leave out that info. I roasted these with the
ham and cheese puff. They were in around 20 minutes at 325. You could
safely do them for 15 min at 350. Thanks for the heads up! Noreen
After doing all this prep work try wrapping them in bacon.. cook in the
oven or on the grill. They are soo good. Happy Easter to your family from
mine.
