Forget about sea chihuahua, they are  so chicken that they don't so anything about illegal whaling.  Jpn caught 300 whales in 2013, but another asian country near by Jpn caught 2100 whales in 2013 only.   They, not Japan, caught more than 3000 whales in 2012.  AND, sea chihuahua didn't do anything to stop them because the country has strong sea force.  The country is catching whale illegally, and they catch endangered and non-endangaered species indifferently, too.  AND, sea chihuahua did not mention about the country or other countries who are doing the same thing.  I know at least two countries doing same thing.Sea chihuahua only attack Jpn because the chihuahua knew that Jpn sea force is forbidden to attack any countries or any groups of people under the law even if Jpn are attacked.  Sea chihuahua is a bully picking the country don't attack them. Whole thing is a total Shxt, and this is my opinion.  Dirty, the world is so dirty!
