Clear Windows 7 password without knowing it!
Ever had a situation when you could not remember Windows 7 user login password? Don't worry. There is a way to remove it. In this tutorials we are going to ...
+123 Done Tutorials hello there, i keep having problem i did excatly what you told me to do but when i insert my USB to my locked pc it keep saying "missing operating systems" idk what to do. please help its really urgent!
@MrShampoop Haha yeah. It will only show up if you made a mistake somewhere
on one of the steps. Watch the video carefully b/c making one mistake will
cause the whole folder to show even after you placed a password on it. You
probably clicked that button where it says (Save to 7zip folder or
something like that. If you can find that button where you can change the
location of where your folders go to, change it so that whenever you're
done placing a password on it, it'll appear on ur desktop
@DMNYK1000 You're not suppose to keep the main folder, once you create the
folder with the password on it. The zipped folder is the one you keep
because when you put the password in, it will create a folder where you can
see the files again. You use the main folder to get the zipped. After
putting the password on it, make sure you delete the main folder. I
understand what you're saying. As long as you remember your password,
everything should be okay.
@MrShampoop Did you change the name of the folder when you right click on
it? And make sure you're right clicking the root folder that is inside the
main folder. So for example, the New Folder is the Main Folder. Go in to
the New Folder and *have a different NAMED folder inside the New Folder*.
Then right click or add the root folder inside the NF (New Folder) to 7zip.
Oh by the way - does it ask for a password?
@Touhoua My main folder is in Computer > Local Disk (C:) and its name is
MainATorrentFolder. Inside that folder is 2 folders 1 regular and 1 zipped
they are both named Atorrentz. Inside both folders are folders each
containing different series of anime I torrent-ed off websites. =] I did
not change the name of the folder when I right clicked it and no it doesn't
ask for a password when I open the zipped folder.
@Touhoua I found it when I pressed my Start button and it was on the list
of previously used programs, or w/e it's called. Hmm, something is wierd...
I did all you said and after it was done compressing the folder nothing
showed up after that and my file is still see-able when you open it. T.T
Lol sorry my previous post kinda sounded like it worked already but I was
typing that while it was compressing. xD
@weihao107 Sorry, ignore what I said below there. XD I didn't notice that
the files become .rar until I tested it out today. I believe it might have
been updated. For me, this way is simpler. When you get the .rar file, you
can get in and out but you must put a password on it so that no one else
will no what it is. Also, you might want to change the name to something
private.
@Touhoua the photo was a jpeg file, windows photo viewer was able to open
it when it was compressed by 7-zip; felt like it was a bit of a mission to
extract the files each time and remove the password to view them. So I dl'd
infranview which is now my default viewer which can view the files when the
password is typed it :)
@MrShampoop Oh its okay. Haha, you know how whenever you make a folder,
it'll go inside your main folder MainATorrentFolder? Well, if you could - I
wanted you to change the directions so that when you save that folder,
instead of going in to your MainATorrentFolder, it'll be saved on your
desktop instead.
@MrShampoop See if you can remove it from Control Panel. If it doesn't
appear their, try to install it again. And if it does appear in Control
Panel - uninstall it then install it again. If it doesn't appear on your
desktop, you probably didn't check the box where it says "Make a Desktop
Icon"
@girlfromdmysticmoon Yes you can! But, honestly - it doesn't work. I've
tested it out myself and it will let you put a password BUT if you try to
open it - it won't ask you for a password. Instead, it'll open the folder
up automatically so try to get 7zip instead.
@weihao107 If you have a .rar file just make sure you extract the file out
of the foldier that is it in. Then, come back to the video. XD Also, make
sure you change the file extension to Zip, and the format to Zipcryptp if
I'm not mistaken.
@selexie94 Thanks for taking your time to watch my video. :) Please do
rate, comment and subscribe. And I believe placing a password on a folder
will provide a password to all the files inside that folder. But, I'll find
a solution to that.
@Touhoua hey it says that once the zipped follder is made u cant see
anything thats in the main folloder, but it still shows wat is in the maiin
folder. wat good is this if i can still see wats in the zipped folder by
going to tha main??
@Touhoua Thanks I found it! The 7-zip option still doesn't appear for me
when I right click a folder but I found out that all I had to do was just
open 7-zip and browse for the folder I wanted to lock from their. ^-^
@Touhoua So when I try to compress that folder again I should change the
directions so that the zipped folder does not save in my main folder but on
my desktop? If that's is what you mean how would you do that?
I have windows 10 and downloaded 7zip and did all you said to do but I
press ok and it don't work what do I do, I have avast and it is showing
error archive is password protect, I need to remove these.
ok so ive got an website thts got a pasword in order unlock. should i put
it in my own folder nd chnge the name oof it so tht i kno its mine then i
change password and its mine right?
Hey, slight problem... windows photo viewer won't view the photo, it will
view the photo if it isn't 7-Zipped but if it is it says it doesn't support
the file type :S
This is stupid. All it does is prevent them from extracting it, I can still
see the files in it and do whatever I want with them without using the
password.
Hey, i don't understand how i can get the password file to be a folder. To
me it pops up as a winzip and i cant see all the pictures, etc. Any help?
Thanks
