James, the welding is just little tack welds the whole way around to get
the end caps welded on. i tried a solid weld once, and ended up melting the
end of the bar haha! so i use tack welds, and havent had any issues :) i

can talk then :)

video in super slow motion... just curious, is the welding choppy at the
beginning from the video/editing? also, i think i am going to have to talk
to you about building some step bars for my truck...

well iam 225 pounds and my 85 quadsport230 pulls me around awesome, its got lots of power, might not keep up with 650 quads bt will for sure keep up 2 polaris 500ho's and machines like that.
Let remind you that back in 1985 this was the only 4 stroke sport quad at the time. Flash back to the early seventies and the biggest atv you could get was a 90cc honda 3 wheeler. Grown men rode these things then so what's wrong with riding them now? Just because there are bigger and more powerful options out there these days doesn't mean I'm willing to spend thousands to buy one.
