for a 413 will it simply fit to the 413 suzi engine? thanks
Thanks ... Ill check, but they seemed pretty clean... I adjusted them so the throttle seems to work and snap back, but i dont know why ..I guess I should have stuck bees wax or putty around them if id known they were so loose ..
+Deep Doubts bout U the place where the nuts were before are probably still visible. It will be slightly cleaner where the nuts were. I should have made a separate video on putting this back together.
This Carb removal can be done easily without taking the rear section of the
bike apart. Just remove the fuel tank . Disconnect the fuel lines and
cables .The rubber connectors have enough flex to allow you to slip the
carbs out . Installation is a little tricky but is certainly easier than
taking all the extra stuff apart that isn't needed .Nice video though..
+Rick Whitcomb after a couple times of working on this style you get used to putting them back in without removing the tail section, so yes, you are correct. However, 90% of the people watching this video might not be comfortable with trying to get the carbs back in the intake boots, especially when trying to keep the springs around the outside of the boot in place. If they follow this video then I wouldn't get a ton of questions about how to get them back in because there would be plenty of room.
Yeah, you didn't have to take all that extra stuff. All you have to do is
pull the carb and air box back with a crowbar till you can remove the
boots, then pull the thing out sideways. I just did it like 10 minutes
ago.
+Corin Rowe You can try it the other way, but you will have a more difficult time sliding the carbs in when you are done. The first time I did it was his way, the later times were the way in my video.
So do you not have to take the airbox apart? I'm having a hard time getting to those screw that are super close to the frame.

+Gustavo herdez If you have a Samurai with a stock carburetor you may have a hesitation during acceleration. If you do there is a strong possibility that the hesitation can be reduced or eliminated by installing this part. c//www.lowrangeoffroad.com/venturi-tube.html Thanks for viewing our videos!
