holy crap i wish i saw this video a long time ago. i have an 01 ranger with the 4.0 in it and it was giving me the p0171, 174, 300 codes. i was pretty lost. i tried the carb cleaner trick with no luck. so i was sitting there looking around the engine bay with it running and the same hose you showed in the vid was sucked flat and had a big crack in it. lol what a coincidence

Great tip. I saw that one coming, fixed exact same issue on an '01 Explorer with 47k. Apparently Ford under-spec-ed that hose..I think its the PCV port.

i have an 03 ford ranger with the 3.0 and it will not run over 3000 rpm no matter what can u lead me in th right direction :/
