Fog light replacement video not forth with; me wife wanted the fogs but I
declined. I think they wanted $90 for the fogs at the time we bought the
car new; now at 185K I don't think we would have used those fogs in the
Chicago area. Maybe Kingsport or Seattle we wooda. Go to the Suzuki dealer
and look at the parts diagram and you can probably figure the work
required. Thanks
From what I see, and how I've done my own vehicle...you need to use the
Seafoam differently. Warm engine to normal temp, pour about 1/2 of the can
into cup, unplug PCV hose and let vacuum suck liquid into intake with the
last amount stalling the engine. Let it sit 15-30 minutes. Then immediately
start and drive it...hard!! After about 5 miles there will be no smoke, and
a BIG difference on performance/mileage. I got an immediate increase of
5-10mpg and WAY more power!! Repeat as needed. Cheers!
why do i need to use it differently? seafoam cant fix a screwed up
carburater , i got another one for $50 at pick a part and now it gets 23-27
not amazing but a helof a lot better than 16! i think the carb float
adjustment was to low or something like that
you do alot of seafoam. those atsugi pistons love baked crap. Your car is
the most amazing first gen ea82 I have ever seen. Those are not even the
successful ea82. you got some good misty rain and lots of it I presume.

Thanks for making this video. You did a good job editing. I have the same
type of vehicle but smaller tires. Does the vehicle with the 235/75 tires
have stock suspension or is it lifted?
Seryjne, aluminiowe. Granatowa miała tylko obniżony. Z automatyczną skrzynią jest bezpieczniej ;)

+EkonMaster Bud Suzuki Samurai, Clicky Starter Fix //www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbd6dAzIgSMTell 'ya the truth the mod I liked best was the locker in the rear. Great traction now. I run Royal Purple oil in the rear and no problem with it not being smooth. That's the trick. You need high quality oil with the locker, to keep it quiet as possible.
Thanks for posting these videos I did the swap from a weber 32/36 to a
Toyota carb and these videos made it pretty easy. My samurai runs better
than ever now. I ordered the toy-250 from national carburetors and got it
pretty quick but they sent me one from a 1975 corolla. It worked just the
same except it didn't have any vacuum pumps on it and no tube that has to
connect to the charcoal canister. It also is the same price as the toy250
so I didn't even bother trying to send it back.
?The Toy carb runs great. I don't think it will be that good mpg right now. It should be better than stock and stock is about 25 mpg. With and HHO setup, it may get 30 mpg. I have researched HHO quite a bit before, but new things are out. One thing I do want to ensure I do with HHO is that it can only work with the vehicle actually running. If this gets 30 mpg right now, I won't bother with HHO at all.
Can't wait to take a ride ! Your getting there good job that idle screw is
in a Bad spot . O I like that bracket u made AFRO ENGINEERING LOL only
rattle ing your cage great job S7 !
It's for a 1978 Toyota 1188cc manual choke. People who run Samurais found this carb to be excellent in performance, mileage, and it also will run great on steep hills.
A little bur ha ! That bracket looks like it was broke in two and
rewelded!!! a little bur...I wate 24 hrs for a vid from you and you show me
this little peace of metal that was broke in two and welded back together
and then you talk about paying attn to details and grinding some little bur
off after drilling a hole...Hey who the hell welded that bracket
anyhow-i'll tell you who Mr. Jack off all trades thats who!!! This is not
your greatest video!!! Maybe you better stick with the fear porn...Corzine
in charge of our retirement accounts your a scaring me :) ps.don't worry
we still love you out here in the land of digital

+ROCKOLA79I just put gas in the gas tank and it runs excellent. No fuel leaks anywhere and idles smooth. It needs the throttle return spring. Although this Samurai is old it has a rebuilt lifetime warranty transmission and transfer case. The engine runs like brand new, with a new timing belt, water pump and radiator and is tuned correctly. The big deal with the Samurai is that it sips fuel and still is capable as a 4X4. I used this Samurai one time, during a hurricane, as an emergency generator with an inverter while it sat and idled for hours. It hardly used any fuel and never overheated and provided emergency electricity. Samurai's really should be left fairly stock. They sip fuel. I will be adding a quality HHO setup sometime later and see how good the mpg can get. The DETAILS are what takes the time. Details make or break the end result.
Yeah, that Jon Corzine story I though was b.s. at first, but it was all over the place & thought it might be true. But it was a hoax because Fox would have carried that story in a second flat, if true. But it tells us how much we Trust these fukin' yoyo's. Not in the least. I wouldn't put anything past them. They just won't be very obvious. They will appoint a "Jon Corzine Equivalent". Different name but essentially the same. You can bet on that !
It was not broke in two. It was 2 pieces of metal. This was a pain because of the little details. I remember some saying it was not so super easy like just bolting it on. This vid may save some people time because I posted all the details. Like what fitting fits the fuel inlet. No one seemed to know that. etc.
