Northwest Airlines Flight 255 was a flight that originated at MBS International Airport in Saginaw, Michigan, and was scheduled to terminate at John Wayne ...
Ahh ok. I figured that it was footage taken from a video camera on a building or something. It sure looked real, at the end on it hit the viaduct. My bad. Very tragic none the less.
@Josie Posie No! The part @ 1:55 that shows the plane crashing is defiantly a computer rendering. The part shortly after @ 1:58 is real footage of the fire/crash. There was no video of the actual crash occurring .
I'm currently in flight attendant training & we have to do a 10 Minute
presentation on a plane crash. This is the one I've chosen & found this
video most helpful! So thank you!
Also if anyone has any good articles, videos, reports or anything on this
crash please send them too me! Finding good information these days is
sometimes challenging :)
I lost my Aunt Ginger in this crash. NW flew most of our family to Detroit Metro after the accident. I was with my father on one of those flights. Very eerie when on final approach we flew directly over the crash scene. I remember all the yellow tarps over the bodies were mostly gone, but there were still hundreds of yellow flags that were everywhere. I remember asking my dad what those where. He assumed that was where bodies had been. I came to find out the flags were to mark body parts yet to be processed.
Nice Bullitt. Its nice to see it being taken care of. Things like painting
the diff cover are still cool to do because you know its there and thats
what should matter. What happened to the front bumper? how many miles you
got on her?
I'm actually planning on getting their ram air intake it's supposedly makes
better power than their standard CAI that and the fogger system I've got
for it should help too
