Yeah it happens to the best of us an watch out for Rennin I thought D3 was
derived from fish oil and lanolin sheep. Rennin is the sheep's oil or fat
also I think o an Gelatin is an animal product but hey I just tell people
look im a vegan not a scientist LOL

Deciding WHAT to make/ cook is by far my biggest challenge in preparing

I had no idea that vitamin d3 wasn't vegan ugh that's frustrating. I've
only been vegan for six months and I swear there is something I learn
almost daily! I used to eat that kind of cereal but not anymore! I think
I'm done with cereal. I asked the doctor that I work for why it isn't vegan
and he said vitamin d3 comes from wool and d2 doesn't come from animals and
is actually vegan. Interesting.
Yeah it's crazy because multigrain Puffins isn't vegan but the other Puffins cereals are. They have peanut butter, chocolate, fruit medley, etc and they're all vegan. Yeah, D3 is from sheep. sigh
Heey! I can understand the confusion. Almond Breeze is def vegan. :-) Some people avoid it because carrageenan (used as a thicker in food) has been linked to intestinal damage & cancer. You can make your own almond milk if you want...I have a video on my channel.
