+Rileys Kitchen I don't know if it's "silken firm" you're using I have packs of "silken extra firm" and those are VERY SOFT, yours looks like a type of medium/firm type of "regular tofu" but like you said you'll be able to tell me after you go to the store today lol!

+Jonathan French going to the store now will be sure to check, but i believe it was silken firm tofu, in a dish like package from no frills, i will double check.

How in the world did you just pour the oil in then pan, and then immediately put the food in the pan, did it sizzle straight away? Looks good, although I don't like tofu, if only vegan cheese melted like that!!!

Oh girl I was going to say you have some super pan and oil.lol vegans have it all faux meat, cheese, cakes, etc.. You name an animal product and they have a vegan alternative.
