Great vid!!!! Had the same problem with me arms when I would barbell curl
so I switched to dumbbells and literally started with 10 pounds and
increase by 5...... After a few months no more problems. Good luck
My wrist injury that stops me curling came about when I went too heavy on
lateral raises when I came back from Vegas. I used to have a problem
curling a barbell but usually now it is no problem.
