Hey! I have been seriously struggling making gains and recently bumped up
my calories from about 2400 to 300-3100 and have gained about 4lbs in two
weeks - do you reckon this is real weight or mainly water/glycogen etc?
Should I keep it there for a couple more weeks and see what my body does or
increase/decrease? I love your Q&As but have never commented before!
+Stevie B Hey, 4lbs in 2 weeks seems like a lot but it could be extra water retention, I would leave it at 3,000 & see what happens in the next 2 weeks. If weight goes up a lot, reduce it, if weight remains the same or goes up a tiny bit, leave it there! Thank you Stevie!
