+Vegan Great Life | Macrobiotic Diet & Lifestyle I cut back on fruit to restore balance from excess yin/fluid build up, and feeling really chilled to the bone. I'll add more fruit back in as it gets warmer out. I stick to either an apple or local orange and/or date as my only fruit choices for now. Sometimes if we ate our lunch late, I'll have fruit only for a last light meal.
+Northern Star I forgot to include, but I had an apple and a dessert date, the post holiday sale dates rolled in pumpkin pie spice & ground pecans. I have an apple most days.
DAY 27 & 28 HOUSE DIET Decluttering Challenge
A whoppin' 152 pounds lost today from my home. Yippee! I Craigslisted a few things and gave some things away- don't worry about how much money you spent ...
Isn't it FUN to give something away that is still good to someone who can
use it ? Their Face expression of Appreciation ??? :0) that always makes me
feel good. Today my son (15 1/2) gave his Circle chair to the 12yr old
neighbor boy the boy was sooo excited my boy said he liked that the boy was
soo happy about getting it.

*1997* THE TRUE LOVE STORY OF KATIE AND KA SUNDANCE (ORIGINAL VIDEO FOOTAGE)
//TheSundanceFamily.com This is our love story that began in 1997. We share never seen before video footage from the very first day we both met in the ...
I so-O-o appreciate your "Pura Vita" life in Costa Rica... where you don't
even need to prove that ' clean livin' ' is what gets you those good
parking places out front; how paltry when you consider, that in the fun-est
way possible you can make videos that put to shame the "city logjam &
confusion" that some (quite a few,) where I live in the Republic of Austin,
can actually make a fair effort to live on organics and gardens and goats.
I want to get to where there is still electricity, and also Amy's idea of
so much information that's also available from the lushness of the stars
(without being blotted out by the city lights) and that of one's
companionably beautifully surroundings of nature... uninterrupted for days.
Nicely developed love story, too! Great, wonderful, and super-happy,
loving family living in the richness of great health (these days!!!) when
"just being alive is quite a bit." I want to do what you have achieved in
Costa Rica, too! Good SHOW!!! Thanks for sharing, as 'timing is the thing
it's all just a matter of' ...but not really!
Hi Ka, this is a beautiful story, and I am enjoying your other health
videos as well. I'm glad you and Katie ended up together after all. I live
in America but my mother is from Dusseldorf and my father is from Koblenz
so I grew up physically in America but emotionally and mentally in a
German/European household. It's nice to be able to watch fellow Germans. I
found it interesting that you and Katie were both from Germany and
unknowingly lived not far from each other but ended up meeting in New
Zealand of all places. I guess when it is meant to be, it is just meant to
be? Thank you again for sharing. Christine
Wow, Ka...what a wonderful video journey of your past travels and of the
budding true romance that you nurtured with Katie. ;) Thank you for this
entertaining and informative visual recollection and your enlightening
narrative, as well. Really was a great way to spend 20 minutes of this
day...well worth the investment of my time, dude. ;) Keep 'em comin', as
I'm very much enjoying these tidbits of the Ka and your Sundance Family. ;)
Namaste
What a great video, I'm so looking forward to catching up with the rest of
yr journey, such a beautiful love story. My dad was German and he stayed in
England after the war (he was in a prisoner of war camp in England when he
met my mom). I have beautiful family in Germany & I love it there - I went
to Frankfurt in the 1970s & my main trips to Germany now are the Rheinphalz
where most of my relations now reside. Thanks again.
Ka, this is one of your best videos. I am very touched that you had the
courage to be so honest, and candid in sharing your precious experiences. I
think a lot of us were going through a similar experience during the early
90's, and fighting against the restriction of school, and trying to find
ourselves again.
You are such an inspiring human being, and I wish you and your family all
the best.
I love that you acknowledge all the different feelings, realities, and how
you learned from your experiences. I am so happy for you and Katie, you
both are special people. How wonderful to travel the world and see the
things, places and people that you get to see. It seems as if you (the
family) are living the ideal dream! More power to you!
Suuuper tolles Video und geile Reise! Danke, dass du diese sehr
persönlichen Geschichten mit uns teilst. Macht euch noch sympathischer als
eh schon lange. :) Echt sweet, wie Katie und du euch fandet und was daraus
geworden ist.
Well, we all certainly have different journeys. I would not have wanted my
children to be friends with you back then though. Funny how life changes
one. I am thankful that you evolved into love and beauty. Perhaps you were
that all along. Perhaps we all are. thank you for sharing. be well. bye now
Wow. Unglaublich.
Thanks for sharing such a wonderful sweet story - captivating, inspiring
and very interestin - really enjoyed it. Dont know if you will reply but
any chance you can tell me whats the tune that plays between 7.37 and 8.42.
I loved that happy whistle in the background :)
Wow!! What a sweet story... It's amazing to see you where you have come
from and how you met Katie. Now what a big family.. You were so young
then. You were traveling even back then. You have seen a lot of this
world, what a journey. Thanks for sharing your story.
