at 8am which is too late for me but Dorian said on barbell row you have to
be atleast 90 to 100 degrees not more than that as you'll start hittin the
lats and weights that will allow you to do time under tension so you can
get that squeeze at the top also its 5 by 5 with just 3 breaths rest. And
also its underhand grip. Not hating by the way man as I watch your videos
all the time just saying.
Yes, few warm up sets to. Light weight, medium weight and one working set
of heavy weight, like Mike Mentzer. But the thing is on one set you have to
put everything on that last set, so your concentration, mind muscle, slow
negative etc. that's not what he's doing. Dorian said that most of the
people don't slow the negative and you're missing the halve rep.
I don't get sponsorships, I give them. Supplement companies have little to
do with the NPC winners. It is actually more trainers bringing people to
the shows and the promoters, like the shit that goes down in Georgia, fix

i done this workout today, its for straight gangstas im definitely mirin,
but i had to stick to my regular deadlift schedule 3 warm up sets, one max
weight set of 2 reps and 2 drop sets, gotta do it man deadlift is my
favorite excerise working my way up to 300kg max set yeah buddy, but yeah
awesome back routine bra mirin
@TheTigerFitness Whenever I do the lat pullovers which you started with in
the vid, I always feel it in not only my back, but also my pecs. Is there a
special way you're supposed to hold your shoulder blades or body in order
to focus more on lat development rather than hitting the chest?
MARC, on that first exercise does it not target your triceps hardcore?? I
would kill for one of those pullover machines that dorian and you trained
on in temple gym.... Do you feel that pull you did was as effective? I
might try that out monday!
Marc, your an animal! I love watching all your vids and was blown away at
your willingness to offer great advice to anyone who asks. I try to kill it
as hard as you do in the gym and I am amazed at the gains I have made!

my gym doesnt mind if you film or not well no one films but the personal
trainers are young and theyre pritty down to earth so they just relax and
shit theyre not strict on owt if u spill ur shit just clear it up you want
aircon ask just ask you want a drink just pay um to morrow theyre decent
like that so im sure if anyone wanted to film they can but i duno i wouldnt
feel comfotable filming infront of people ur around like im in theyre 5
days a week standard split and being around the same people it would be
akward recording i think :/ guess im not confident but i would liek to do
it:)
I used to work in A college dining hall, we used to post nutritional info
at each station and online, when you have time to check around you might
find ways to keep your macros in check and still enjoy more variety in your
food, I know college can be super overwhelming when your A freshman- best

+Tom Neal On the email they mentioned that because they've got too many tests to handle and cos of the Christmas period they won't be able to get my results over to me in the usual timeframe but if you don't mind asking do they give you a nutritional plan and training plan to follow because my mate who recommended me this said that they can give you training plan and nutritional plan bars on your DNA test results if your looking to lose body fat
