a massive lightbulb just went off reference pose running and alot of the
knee issues i have, only 18 mins in but im assuming if i try to build
myself slowly while pose running off the fore-foot, it will be hard on my
calves to begin with but then i will be more efficient and will protect my
knees?
Doing 100m buildups barefoot, on grass is a great warmup for any running
workout. That used to be our warmup for hurdle workouts.

So just a question about this workout: while timing the person doing this,
do you stop the timer when they jump down to do burpees? Or just let it go?
Seems like it would take forever if AT every minute you had to do 5
burpees... If you take 30 seconds to do the burpees then you only have like
20 seconds to do the thrusters by the time you pick up the weight.
It shows again taht you don´t need a super equiped facility to have a great
workout but i think they shouldn´t make fun of traditional gyms though
because they have been useful for many decades and they still are.
Fitness/Bodybuilding is a great sport as well, Crossfit doesn´t change
that. I love and practice both.
You're right. you can make your workout sessions much more productive if
your eating the right foods to avoid fat and belly. Listen to this I saw an
interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he

@elitemmafitness, ask any world class athlete and they will tell you that
they do cleans or some variation of cleans, especially MMA fighters, so it
might actually be worth your time! haha
