I was looking for this! Lol literally stalking both channels, I'm down two
pounds since yesterday morning yaaay!!! Haven't been too hungry tho, I
think it's the fit tea bcus it's an appetite suppressant but I had steak
and cheese omelettes with spinach and broccoli yesterday and today. I had
turkey meatballs yesterday too. Did some taebo, 100 crunches and 100
jumping jacks. I'll have baked chicken and broccoli for dinner tonite. Same
workout as well.
Try the tea, I def didn't get paid to try it, I only have like 100 subscribers lol so yea ain't nobody sending me stuff, it works tho~ cost is overpriced for tea and I'm an avid tea drinker.
+jennabby19 I'm in the three pound crew two :-)! This is day 3 for me. I stick with meat cooked in butter and green veggies. Since I'm hypoglycemic little things trigger me like tomatoes, onions, and cream so I have to get my fats from butter and carefully measured cheese, usually string cheese cause it's pre measured. Thanks for the vlogs and inspiration!!!

+ross111104 Hello, no... it honestly depends on your weight and how your body reacts honestly. The first time I ever started low carb I lost 30 pounds in about 30 days and the only thing I did really was walk for about 45 mins a day once a day.... this time I'm not sure. We will see :)
