On a phone you don't install anything for recorded clips — paste the public CAM4 link, pick the quality, and the MP4 lands in your normal downloads. On Android it appears in the Downloads folder (and your Files/Gallery app); on iPhone, choose Save to Files and it goes wherever you point it, ready to play offline or move into Photos. The whole flow runs in the mobile browser, so there's no CAM4 downloader app to find or trust.
